Due to the atmosphere Yuri, Carry and Francisco’s fabulous work and service. The food was so tasty, the food melted on our tongue. The wine was such a good match. Thanks again for having us! Wish we booked several trips with you during our 7 days in London.

10/10I was a little concerned as regards the novelty value and food quality of the tour. I needn't have been. For anyone visiting London for the first time I highly recommend this tour. The numerous bus tours last a lot longer but this tour passes most of the favourite tourist areas. Plus a carefully thought out menu that should appeal to anyone. Above all the staff were excellent and made the experience as good as any I've enjoyed in many years as a tourist (and I've been to London numerous times before) We highly recommend the tour Christy - Ireland And Milena - Caracas/Mexico City now residing in Barcelona

6.5/10I did not enjoy the starters for lunch. It tasted awful that I could not finish it . The food quantity was also so small , It wouldn’t even satisfy a child . The Ambience was okay. I would suggest that they add a tour guide on the bus who can tell tourist each location the bus passes through. Overall . I don’t think it was worth the money.

8/10We loved the overall concept of the Bustronome. A nice dinner as we toured local sites in London. The food was really good and the service was good as well. The biggest disappointment was the actual “tour”. We had to figure out which sites we were passing by using our phones. There were no announcements made about which sites we were approaching. There were limited information details on our phones (1-2 minute prerecorded blurbs) that were hard to hear over the music playing in the bus.

10/10Absolutely one of the best things I’ve experienced. Everything was perfect. I was a bit wary of the menu thinking about my inexperience with French cuisine but found it to be beautifully presented. delicious, and filling. I hope the chef sees this review as his dishes were superb. The waitstaff were very nice and made the entire experience worthwhile. I recommend getting to the pickup spot early so that you can be seated and get situated. There was a lot of traffic where we were coming from so leaving our West End spot 1 hour and 15 mins early got us there right at 12. The sightseeing was perfect and I got plenty of pictures. The corses were not rushed and were perfectly timed. I wouldn’t change a thing and will tell all of my friends. This is a must do.

10/10What a wonderful experience!! It was for my husbands birthday. I'm celiac and vegan and was worried if they could cater for me ....I need not have worried at all, the food was amazing and they made my husband's birthday a memorable one we both had a great time and would highly recommend thanks guys !!

7/10Our waitress was lovely but serving on her own was impossible for her…we didn’t get a chance to order any wine until we had our 3rd course! We absolutely loved our experience in Paris but more staff and very slick back in September 2022 that is why I wanted to do it again for my husbands Christmas present but we were disappointed… food was very good though I have to say but coach was so steamed up we couldn’t see out definitely disappointing

9/10Had a lovely time with hubby (his birthday) ,& friends. Weather was great for sightseeing & the handheld gadget allowing you to listen to an explanation of each landmark was useful. Was little difficult trying to spot landmarks coming up & eat, so would be useful if an announcement of the next item of interest was approaching would be good. The only downside of lunch was the lamb being tasty but so much fat on it so lots was wasted. But, very enjoyable & different attraction.

10/10Fantastic experience and amazing food. My only suggestion would be for them to announce when you are passing one of the main attractions. We were so caught up in conversation and enjoying the meal that we missed a few of the sights. Not their fault, obviously, but it would’ve been nice to have an overhead announcer chime in to say “and on your left you’ll see Big Ben,” etc. Otherwise, phenomenal experience!

10/10Who would have thought you could have a gourmet meal on a high-end bus? Food and service were excellent. Seeing the tourist sights of London at night was a treat. Bus was very comfortable, wine was good enough, food outstanding. A great treat and something different.

5.5/10Food was disappointing - lacked flavour, sometimes salt and really bought down the whole experience. The only thing that we really liked was the ravioli. There were hardly any cocktails or drinks available. Service was friendly but food would arrive with no explanation and when we asked what something was they wouldn't know. Overall, it was not the value for money I had hoped and would not recommend.

Superb experience! A completely unique experience. The bus was lovely and well decorated. The food was superb and the service was excellent (thank you Jake). There was even a personal smart guide in several languauges. We did lunch, but we would definitely return for evening dinner. Dress is smart casual. It was a hot day and I wore smart shorts and t-shirt.

9/10We really enjoyed the experience. Hats off to the staff who despite a pretty bumpy ride managed to serve everyone in a very professional manner and keep smiling. We had a special request because we wanted the beef cooked a certain way and the chef pulled it off to perfection.

10/10This was unexpectedly amazing, I tried not to have expectations as the restaurant is on a bus, but when I saw it aI knew these guy know what they are doing! From the welcome to the finish the service was so professional, Jay and Laura were a treat, we had many questions about the food and wine and they never left us without a satisfying answer I loved the meal, I felt safe onboard thank you Chef and Driver ! ???? I will come back with all the important people in my life to share this experience with them, simply amazing!

Slight panic when we arrived and the bus wasn’t there- instructions note to arrive 15 before start. Bus arrives at 6.55pm. We were sat in the table for 4. Top is perspects so nice views but better on a sunny day. Service was excellent from Laura. Food was mixed, the starter of sea bass with avocado was good and the lobster ravioli. Unfortunately the next two dishes was disappointing: the fish which was tasteless and was likely frozen before cooking . The lamb was also disappointing as it tasted of pulled lamb compressed together rather than actual filet. Desert was ok- a bit too sweet. We opted the three glasses paired wine- we were topped up for the whole trip. Ambience:5 Food:3 Service:5 Toptip: the three paired wine selection is adequate for the whole meal.

7/10A bus tour around the London landmarks with food was a great find. The service was very friendly, efficient and will improve with more evenness across tables. Didn't know what to expect of the food beforehand. Efforts have been put in to make the presentation and quality more memorable. The food and drinks has to be adapted for a moving bus. Note that the bus route and time have to deal with London congestion. All in all an interesting experience. Recommended.

Lovely experience and concept. Really enjoyed the ride and the staff were nice! I personally did not like the food, I feel like they tried too hard to make it special and ended up being too blunt, with nice appearance but no taste. But I definitely enjoyed the entire experience and I recommend you doing it if you love London as much as I do!
