Service was a little fast, but very attentive. Had requested a nice table and was given one with a view of the Thames which was nice. The Sunday Roast was very good and had lots of flavor. We look forward to going back again.

As the weather is now colder all the doors were closed but it was hard to find the Entrance door to the restaurant - it gave the appearance of being closed from the river! Apart from a private party there were hardly any diners there and it really lacked atmosphere. I have been to the Chop House many times over the years and as I used to work in the area I have booked this restaurant for many people. I was a bit disappointed to be honest! The food was very average! The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Excellent roast, fried chicken, pork, beef between the table & all pleased. Wine selection great (st emulsion gran crux very decent). Lime pie to finish was delicious. Staff very attentive. Planning to re book next week!

We have been here many times and it is always excellent, something our guests really appreciated. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The food by and large was wonderful but I was disappointed with my roast potatoes which were hard and dry. Otherwise I look forward to the next time.

It was incredibly noisy and you could barely hear what the staff were saying. Interaction with the staff was thus somewhat limited. Food was OK without being great, wine good. Not a place for a quit chat!

Service excellent food was OK but my scallops were o,nly 3 for a main course. Pricey for wgat it was Stilton tiny piece £10 hardly a plater! Disappointed. Unlikely to return. Get portions and pricing right then you will fetch return custom

Having not been to The Chop House for around 10 years, I wasn't sure whether things might have changed over the intervening years. We booked a table online and we were greeted by a very friendly front of house member of staff and offered a number of seating positions. We chose to sit on the terrace as the day was bright and sunny. Nothing was too much trouble for the waiting staff and the food was excellent. We were engaged in conversation about the food and our day in general and offered help with ordering and wine choice. I would highly recommend a visit to The Chop House and this part of London generally. You will not be disappointed.

We had our after wedding lunch here with 8 guests. The staff had champagne waiting when we arrived, they made us feel so welcome and special. The food was amazing, as was the service. Highly recommend.

We were lucky enough to eat here on a super sunny day, so really enjoyed the outside space and view of Tower Bridge. The 3 course lunch menu was good value and all three of us enjoyed our meals. Great spot!
