I had an amazing experience at Cabana! The service was outstanding—Jasna was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional. She made sure everything was perfect, and her warm attitude made the evening even more enjoyable. The manager also went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Excellent service and a fantastic dining experience—I’ll definitely be coming back!

We were seated in the middle of the restairant. Our table was very dark, with very little lighting overhead. We had to retrieve a table light from another tabe as ours did not have one, however this did not help much.

The food was good just to be clear but the service was poor and disorganised. Arrived and stood at the "wait to be seated sign" and was ignored by the staff. Eventually went to get a member of staff, said we had a booking and gave the name and escorted to a table; another member of staff took our order - that took about 4 attempts for her to get it right and the tap water did not arrive; had to ask for tap water 3 times. Our other drinks almost went to the wrong table. At the end the bill was wrong as no fork discount applied and no idea about our booking; clearly the original member of staff had done nothing on their system. Another faff with a manager to get this resolved, was very tempted to get the service charge removed but never offered the option. Disappointing given that the food was good.

Really good attentive staff member who looked after us well, atmosphere also good but food portions were supper supper small. Chicken skewer meal had three small thigh pieces barely enough for a child let alone and adult. Flat iron steak agin was barely 5-6oz very disappointing and we left Hungary yes we got a the good offer but if they just compensated this by small portions then really not a good deal….

This was booked as dinner before the Janet Jackson concert. Our table was made available immediately, the food choice was extensive and the cocktail menu was lovely. The waiting staff were very attentive and gave recommendations for the best types of food and also highlighted where we may have to wait for certain dishes, especially if we were going on to see a show. We enjoyed 50% off food, but prices were reasonable even without it. I would definitely return here, even if I'm not seeing anything at the O2 Arena.

Had a wonderful Lunch at Cabana 02, excellent customer service. Sid and his team couldn’t do enough for us. Food was amazing and scrumptious, got an extra special surprise dessert for our Birthday. So nice and thoughtful of Cabana, definitely will be back soon and recommend to friends and family.

We ordered the chicken wings, salmon sushi rice, buttermilk fried chicken, half rack ribs and steak. Food was okay but slightly disappointing given the incredible BBQ set up. The music was too loud but the waiters were very accommodating and changed our tables. Kiddies menu is available but not on the weekends.

Was okay. We got 50% clicking view the Fork link. It wasnt taken off the bill first off all, and had to ask the server to check the bill. We had confirmed the offer at time of ordering. The food was nice, we just felt there wasnt enough. It was a 3/4 size portion. The starters that were for sharing -Grilled Blackened Prawn Tostada, was just about enough for 1, let alone be a sharing platter. my mains Flat Iron Butterflied Chicken Breast for £19 was nice enough, no complaints on the food, but just wasnt filling enough Had a cocktail each, they were around £13 each. Mine Hurricane in the Amazon was pretty good, but not that potent. It was better than the Coconut Margarita With service charge, the bill was a little over £55. Expensive really for what it was.
