2/10AVOID. Horrible experience. It was my 40th and planned for a nice meal and atmosphere. I got none. Food awful and no one was there, despite that we were made waiting for the table due to poor customer service. We were charge incorrectly and after even longer wait that was corrected. Food was overpriced and not fresh.avoid.

Unfortunately, having checked our detailed tracker of all guest feedback, in addition to having discussed your feedback with the entire food & beverage team, nobody has any knowledge of the issues you refer to, as you did not mention anything at all which would have enabled us to address your requirements for you to make your visit perfect for you, which is always our aim. We would politely recommend please in future that you do raise any concerns to the duty manager or a member of the team, so they are aware and can address them to your satisfaction, during your visit. We do perhaps wonder if you visited a different restaurant and not our superb 2AA rosette awarded Caprice

9.5/10The waiter was very friendly, helpful and attentive. The food arrived in good time and was authentic Indian food. We only had the one course and we were both full to the brim. The butter chicken was mild and slightly sweet and the lamb was tender in the rogan Josh and sauce was perfect and flavoursome. Would recommend to others. The seating is very comfortable too. It was a great place to celebrate a birthday. Thank you.

10/10Best service ever by Callum, and hats off to George the chef as well for the most amazing Bavarois ever. You won't tell it's not a lemon for the outside but the white chocolate inside is heaven.

10/10Relaxing ambience with soft music and comfortable seating. Food was plentiful and beautifully presented - warm chocolate brownie with ice cream was amazing. The Service from our waiter was impeccable - from seating us to offering us his recommendations, his politeness, banter and professionalism. Thank you to him for adding to a wonderful evening of great food, setting and service - enjoyed it thoroughly.

3/10Regular here but this time the service and was terrible. I introduced 3 friends here as I eat here at least a few times a month, but the service was a huge let down this time. Not someone I recognised so he may be new, but the waiter was very rude, dismissive and left us waiting for ages. Didn't even offer us drinks so we had to call a waitress over 20 minutes later as we were just dumped at the table. My friends won't be coming back with me which has been very embarrassing. I usually get excellent service here so I may still come just not as often, to see if any improvements.

7.5/10We reserved a table but arrived to find that we can sit anywhere which is ok. Since my friend was peckish, we ask for food menu. The waiter suggested Indian food as chef is originally from India. He then took our order of drinks. We asked for single gin & tonic water. Items arrived straightforward. Only upon having paid our bill, we found out that he charged us 2 glasses of double gin & tonic. We went back to share our experience with next waitperson, apparently the person who took our orders is off duty & there is nothing else he could do at this point. No apology no good gesture of any sorts. I don’t think we will return to this merchant anytime soon. Our garlic naan arrived rock hard & when we informed the staff, he took it back to kitchen. Minutes later we were served the same hard naan. Only later he realised he took the fresh naan which is soft & warm to our table. What an experience for £50 per person, only 2 courses without dessert. This is IHG chain surely could be better.

10/10I went with my son last night for dinner, we honestly had such a beautiful experience. My son called it the best ever. We were given a booth, and the staff were so attentive and friendly. I think a man called Harsh was a lovely server. We ordered the prawn curry which had beautiful large prawns and was full of them at least 10! Beautiful kebabs for starters and then a cheese board to finish. It is a hard to get to location but we’ll Will definitely go again. Keep it up guys.

10/10We booked this meal as just an opportunity to enjoy a meal out. The Caprice restaurant is part of the Crowne Plaza at Winnersh Triangle and unless you are staying at the hotel a bit out of the way. However, because we were local we took the opportunity to walk to the restaurant and what an enjoyable meal it was. The food and presentation was excellent, the wine very good and the service excellent without being "over the top". Would we go again? Yes, for a special occasion, most certainly.

5/10We went out for our family celebrate . it was disappointed . bills over £330 for 5 of us. the 2 steaks was poor. very tough on a medium was over cook. the other full of fat. my mum cannot even chew it. Very disappointed tonight . I think it was far over price. And the whole experience it was awful for the whole family. Bad dinner tonight. we got to get fish and chips after all this.

8.5/10Modern, open restaurant with good food apart from the desserts which looked and tasted mass produced. Very good service and a nice ambience considering the large open nature of most of the restaurant. Didn't like having to squeeze thru the bar to get to the toilets.

5/10Evening meal. Greetings were fine. Staff rushing around everywhere and whispering to each other did not give a relaxing atmosphere at all. My wife and I both opted for the Indian set menu for £42 each, considering the quality and service was very expensive. We both opted for the Lamb Seekh Kebab, which was disgusting and taseless. It was about the quality of a dry contents blister pack from one of the lesser supermarkets. Only ate it because we had not eaten all day and were afraid that any other started offered would be worse. I ordered a beer when we ordered the food and I saw my drink appear on the side of the serving area of the bar and it was delivered at the end of finishing my first course some 15 minutes of continual viewing without any prir movement. Second course was better but still dissappointing. They have lost the plot after being awarded AA two rosettes. £91 with printed request for the full tip tip, tap water for two, one beer and a terrible meal. Will not return.

7/10Lovely staff. Evening food was acceptable but nothing special bearing in mind the AA 2 Rosettes; we like the mix and match Indian / English menu. However breakfast was top drawer.
