8/10Nice restaurant in the heart of the town. We had Arancini as a starter and a pizza and beef ragu for our mains, All were very nice. Staff and service were good also,

6.5/10The food is OK bur the service is bad. The restaurant was nearly empty so they did everything to push us out as quick as possible.This is not acceptable . The customer is not responsible if the restaurant is not busy!. I will not return to that place

9/10We visit Carlucccios often and it is always very welcoming with good food. However, the restaurant is looking a bit tired and could do with an upgrade.

9/10Excellent food and service…only one minor niggle is the presence of deliveroo drivers coming and going as the kitchen is now shared with GBK…not ideal in winter and changes the nature of the restaurant

5.5/10We were 4 people for breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful. However the food was disappointing. They had no hollandaise sauce so that eliminated half the menu. The avocado & egg on toast was a thin piece of sourdough, thin scraping of avocado & 2 poached eggs! Expensive for the mediocre portion! £54 for 4 people for breakfast, won’t be back!

8.5/10We go to Carluccio’s a lot because my mother lives nearby. It is always reliable with excellent service and reasonable prices. The food is good and recent minor changes to the menu are welcome. The pesto nuts were delicious as was the sea bass and the chicken/pancetta salad

10/10We come here regularly & the food & service is always 10/10. It was my son’s birthday & the candle in the ice cream along with the staff singing to him at the end of the evening just topped it off nicely. He loved it! Will be back soon ????

5/10Our table had a lot of food on the chairs and under the table. We were not the only table that had food under the table on the floor. Clearly they also did not clean down the tables thoroughly. Pity because the food is good. At one stage it was as if some animals had been in the restaurant there was so many tables with food on the floor. Why do the waiters not mention this to the parents of the children who are so undisciplined and charge them for the mess they create. Staff are great though. A fan of Mr. Carluccio concept.
