Slow service , water not brought for table when requested , the pate was runny and very unappetising, table next to me had to send food back as cold and they had waited for over 45 mins for it to arrive, the place was not busy and there was plenty of staff so no idea why the service and quality of food was so bad , would not go again

They didn't apply the offer correctly and we were heavily overcharged - I queried but was told it was right. Only when I got home could I show we were charged 60 instead of about 45

It's in the train station. Was hurried up to finish food and drink so they could close at 7.30pm. Food was tasty but vastly different temperatures between the 2 mains so thinking 1 was microwaved.

I was not expecting the restaurant to actually be in the Piccadilly train station,which was very disappointing,I will not be returning I’m afraid,I was not aware of this when I made the booking,the food and service was very good however

Booked for lunch on friday 1st apr, food was very nice as always served quickly with a smile from our waitress Maia and the rest of the team. Would recommend eating here anytime. Brian

The food was excellent, authentic flavours and we all enjoyed it. We were surprised that although inside Picadilly Station we didn't hear any announcements which initially was a slight worry for me. The only negative was that the service was extremely slow which would definitely have been a problem if we'd been catching a train!

It's a difficult reataurant to sell. I was disappointed to find that it was in the train station, it was never really warm, we had to get our own menus as no-one came over, I ordered carbonara and it came like scrambled egg, I expect better from an Italian restaurant, manager offered to reach but said it would prob come the same. So had another dish that he recommended. The new dish was amazing hence the 3 stars not the 2 I was going to give it.

Great food as always at Carluccios. The service was brilliant. We booked as a last resort due to the restaurants in the city centre being busy but so glad we did. Highly recommend.

Firstly, I had to change tables as the air conditioning was cold. I then had flies buzzing around me throughout my meal. One fly went in to my wine, which I then had to change. The waiter was very sweet and friendly, but I’d expect more from a Carluccios, sorry

We booked here for breakfast before traveling to Edinburgh for a special Birthday. The service was top notch from Faye who couldn't do enough for us & the food was delicious. When the bill came, the Birthday girl's meal had been deducted courtesy of Carluccios. Lovely gesture & much appreciated.
