6/10We were seated, given menus and our order taken , all very promptly; wine was served almost immediately, but no water. In order to ask again for the water, to order a second course, and to ask for the bill it was necessary for one of us to walk around the ( virtually empty ) restaurant looking for someone whose attention we could eventually attract on each occasion. It was disappointing that the restaurant had no cheese !

6.5/10The team working there is amazing. Doing good interactions with us and majority of the times they were paying attention to the table (I say majority of the times because in few moments we were trying to call one of them to ask for something and nobody was looking to us in case we needed help, when we were the only table in the restaurant) The food wasn’t bad, but very small portions. We were a group of 9 people ordering different things and we all agreed that they could have being a bit bigger.

4.5/10I have always loved Carluccio's in Brunswick Sq. For my birthday I was elated to find this. However the food was mediocre and the service sullen. it was dark and like a hotel lobby. Too dark to read the slip and learn I had not received the 20% off

9.5/10We ate a pre-theatre matinee lunch at Carluccio’s on 30 December. There was a set menu and a la carte and a good selection of drinks. Staff were friendly and service was good. We have eaten at Carluccio’s many times but not at this branch, but will definitely go again!

6/10Firstly they need to update/fix their website as it's showing that a set menu £18 for 2 courses is available, but on arrival we were told there was no set menu option. The prices for one course were also higher than shown on the menu. Main courses were around £17-£20. The food was okay, enjoyable enough, nothing special. It's a large restaurant inside a hotel, with impersonal chain hotel decor. We were eating early so there were only a handful of diners, but still service was very slow but quite friendly. Slow might be nice if you want the time to sit and chat without being rushed, but this was pre-theatre so got a bit stressful. My first visit to a Carluccios. It was average, not bad, but there was nothing I ate or anything about the ambiance or welcome that made me want to come back.

6/10Why does my local Carliccios send me VIP vouchers when I can't use them in my local Carliccios? Service could of been better tried clearing plates before even finished. Food wasn't at its usual standard and with a £15 tip added on and paid just not worth it.

8.5/10The food was great apart from the past sauce for my daughter (which was rather butter based then cheese based). Also, the waiter was kind and polite, but he didn't know anything about Italian food (as he shared that he only recently arrived from India and still learning. Overall we enjoyed the service and the ambience, and as it is local to us we will probably come back in the future.

4/10Really disappointing as we have been to other Carluccio restaurants that have been better. No drinks order taken for 20 mins even though not many tables occupied. Food was luke warm and best and lemon slice with calamari dry as a bone. Staff were nice but clearly need more training.

Food was good. Service was ok. My daughter wasn't hungry and only ate a bit of her main, so we asked to take away it. The waiter threw it away. He did however have the kitchen cook a small portion of her linguine to take away.

10/10Amazing Italian restaurant, really I am always very impressed. Excellent customer service, very friendly but still very professional and attentive. This place has a nice ambiance. It is one of our favourite restaurants in London. Great varied menu with gluten free and vegetarian options, always fresh and tasty. The table service is spot on. They have also small Deli shop and delicious coffee. Highly recommend visiting! You never will be disappointed
