Unfortunately Carluccio's had a water leak in the kitchen and couldn't serve any food. This was a great disappointment. As we were on a tight timescale we decided to eat next door at Mi + Me. This turned out to be expensive. For 1 course and a drink. Would have much preferred to have eaten at Carluccio's.

The steak my husband ordered was full of gristle and although cooked reasonably well the majority of it was inedible. I chose Lasagne which was very dry and burnt. I sent this back and got another which was exactly the same. The staff and manager were extremely helpful and understanding and handled the situation very well. We were told later that all food was delivered precooked and frozen then warmed up in a microwave. The only thing that was freshly prepared on site was the salad !! This food does not do the name of Carluccio any justice whatsoever.

We enjoyed our dinner here. However, when we arrived we informed the restaurant that we had booked The Fork summer set menu. They didnt seem to know what that was and said they would have to speak to the manager about applying the discount. This is not really acceptable. The food was nice. Although we have to mention the fact that the Chicken Milanese literally came on its own. There was no side to it. You just get a small salad and some overcook, slushy tomatoes. We had to order a side of potatoes. Really poor from Carluccios on this point. You should not have to pay extra for something that should be included in the main dish.

Food quality and service were great. Sadly, two of the desserts were out of stock and one of us received the wrong main course (not the waiter's fault, as he double checked the order and repeated it back to me). Problem was rectified swiftly but it was still a minor irritation.

Really convenient location and relaxed atmosphere in St Pancras station. On the upstairs level. Very cool and quiet on the terrace. Ideal place to hang out with family and friends for leisurely drinks and dinner. Friendly service. Much more attractive than a small crowded restaurant on a London street. We'll definitely go there again!

For a busy Friday night, there were not a lot of people at the tables. The menu did not blow me away, but reading the ingredients in the Veganesca Spaghetti sounded delicious. What a disappointment. When it arrived it wasn’t hot. The sauce had a claggy texture, but tasted of tomato paste and olives. Tomatoes have a sweetness, and along with the raisins and the other ingredients should have made a sweet/sharp/slightly piquant flavour, but it tasted very bland. The staff were very pleasant about it, but I had an appointment and could not stay longer. They said there would be deductions from the bill, but there weren’t. My partner and I will never go there again. Antonio Carluccio must be turning in his grave.

The manager who seated us was lovely, smiley and friendly but unfortunately this standard of service was not consistent. They forgot one of our drinks so we had to wait for that then this approach continued with 2 starters arriving with a 10 minute interval before the other 2 arrived. Staff seemed annoyed when asked about this. Same with our main courses - 4 arrived then we had to wait a few minutes for the 5th! Lucky we weren’t in a hurry to catch a train as this leisurely service would have been thoroughly frustrating then! However, the food was great and presented beautifully.

Service was poor. Several members of staff serving us. It wasn't busy. Ist waitress didn't smile.Nobody checking to see if fpod was okay. Table wasn't cleared, until we moved crockery.

A lovely location that we visit often on trips to London. The staff are efficient & food consistently good. However on this occasion they had no record of our booking despite The Fork emailing me a confirmation on the morning of our visit. A table was found for us and I'm unsure if the problem was with the restaurant or the Fork.
