10/10We had a fantastic waitress on our visit I think she was called Emma, attentive, obliging went that extra mile, friendly and a huge assist to the restaurant We had a wonderful lunch after a difficult year with family it totally made our day. We look forward to our return.

10/10Beverley Carluccios has a really welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. Even when busy, there is a calm about the place. The staff are happy and helpful. The place makes me feel happy to be there. The food is consistently excellent with lots of Italian flavours.

9/10The food is good. I have been numerous times, will be going again, and have never been disappointed . The staff are friendly, warm, and welcoming. Sometimes it is quieter in the week. Saturdays and other times gets busy with a good ambience amongst a busy atmosphere.

8.5/10Tasty food and good service. A little average on quantity for the prices but pleasant to have a window seat despite the dazzling sun as a replacement for the original table that wobbled annoyingly.

6/10We've been to Carluccio's many times an this was the least favourable. Service was indifferent . Limited selection of expensive red wine. Food was adequate. Will probably think twice before going again.

7.5/10The food is beautiful always but the service today was poor . We waited 35 mins before we received bread or had any acknowledgement from the staff and only managed to get a drink because I went to the counter and asked for one

6.5/10Sat for 15 minutes before we even had a drinks order. Then everything was super slow. Nearly 40 mins between starter and main course. Having a whinging hungry kid at the table made the experience not great. I won’t be returning.

5/10I really wanted the tuna meal. No tuna. Little options for someone wanting a seafood dish really. The prawn meal is simply too light.

5/10Great ambience at the restaurant service just ok, food was shocking and expensive for the quality. I felt the chicken was boil in a bag with frozen french fries, could’ve bought a better ready meal for a couple quid
