We did eat at Carlucios in Cambridge but no thanks to you! They had no record of our booking! Probably because the booking confirmation and reminder you sent have the address as St Andrews Street. So goodness knows where you sent these emails! Will be deleting you from my apps

We visited prior to a theatre trip as had a good proportion of the diners. The service was very slow we just got our food I time but many diners walked out hungry. Our food was dry and luke warm up had no time to get it replaced Ed if we could have found any of the waiters who were hiding in the kitchen.. No cutlery with main course a d no clean glass for second drink. Oh and half the menu was unavailable if you ever got served. In summary dont bother it's overpriced and poor quality

Lovely lunchtime meet up with great company. Service was excellent and really engaging staff, especially the assistant manager (all the way from Brazil!) . Good excellent and although I am a carnivore really enjoyed the vegan spaghetti course. Thoroughly memorable experience, ina positive way!!

They were short staffed so food was very slow and wasn't served together, so half of us had finished when the others started their meal. Kind waitress who was trying to make it work. Some of the food was cold and restaurant was cold to sit in. Glad I had a jumper.

As the restaurant is in a shopping centre which was largely closed at 7.30, it was not that full, but nevertheless seemed loud.. our waitress was helpful and friendly and the food was excellent, hot, and well-presented.

We had booked the set menu special offer. So expectations were moderate anyway. We weren't initially offered the set menu, the server didn't seem to know the offer we had booked. 2 out of the 4 main courses were unavailable even though it was 5pm. So overall a disappointing experience, but the food was tasty. We were overcharged and didn't get the deal we booked. I couldn't be bothered to have the bill corrected. Crashing of kitchen cutlery and constant dropping of knives and forks didn't help.

Carluccio's in Cambridge has seen better days. While the servers were not unpleasant sadly the food was only Luke warm and arrived in three phases separated by five minutes or more and only after repeated requests. The Chianti Classico was good!

We waited 5 minutes to be seated, another 20 minutes to be offered a drink, and the restaurant was nearly empty. When I mentioned this to the waiter he LAUGHED IN MY FACE. Note: laughed, not apologised. We were then handed off to another server who was wearing trainers and sweats. The food was passable, although one plate of pasta was so dry my friend poured the liquid from the olive bowl over it. We tried to get more oil, but could not get staff attention. I have been to this Carluccio's many times over the years. It's gone from bad to worse to terrible. Never again.

I’ve ordered a Carbonara and it’s too salty and the noodle is too tough. Excellent and gentle waiter but horrible manager — asked for set menu but received breakfast menu then wait too long to take the order. The little delightful thing is the very polite staff.

Carluccio’s is a lovely restaurant in the middle of Cambridge. The food was substantial and very tasty. The service is exceptionally friendly. Food served fast and the wine was good. We will be going again!

we weren't offered the special menu we had booked for and the restaurant closed at 8pm so we only had 90 minutes. the kitchen had closed by the time we were considering dessert so we couldn't order any. the dining room was chilly and very few diners meant the ambience was lacking. food was ok.

Even though we arrived 30mins early, the restaurant was able to accommodate us. The waiter we had was excellent, obviously busy but still attentive to our needs with a young child.
