9.5/10A quiet night to visit but excellent food and service. Set menu was small but food was delicious and there was enough of a choice. Only disappointment was yet again the venue were not aware of the Fork offer of £20.00 for three courses as our original bill was for the normal price of £23.00. This was eventually corrected but really not fair on either ourselves or the venue.

5.5/10Was left waiting for over 15 minutes and had to approach staff to ask to be seated, staff were not that busy that they couldn’t seat us, the, person behind the bar was talking to customers and staff and seemingly ignoring us despite being in his view and having looked over at us more than e once with no acknowledgment . Other customers also left their tables to ask for service while we were waiting. Once seated service was ok.

8.5/10We were late due to road closures for race for life and the restaurant were very accommodating to reschedule to a later time. We both had Salmon and poached eggs on ciabatta which was lovely. If being petty i would have liked more than one piece of ciabatta. I think £12.50 is quite expensive for one piece of Ciabatta , salmon and 2 small poached eggs .

9.5/10We had an early meal before the concert we were going to. We had a small plate, brichetta, always very good and a tiramisu, to follow both excellent and served very quickly,. The waitress was very pleasant and efficient.

10/10We were welcomed as soon as we went into the restaurant by a lovely young lady who showed us to a great seat in the window. She asked if we would like a drink whilst we were looking at the menu. She also explained that there was a deal which you could have at lunch time and it included anything on the menu with a star against it. We actually went for the Chicken Saltimbocca oh my goodness it was delicious and then followed on with a Tiramisu which just melted in the mouth. All in all, lovely member of staff who served us and the food was to die for, thank you so much.

10/10Me and my partner came for the valentines set menu. The food was well worth the price for 3 courses. Lovely setting and very polite and attentive staff. Longer than usual wait between each course but I take in to account that the restaurant was extremely busy so this may not be the case everytime.

3/10Understand English, food was over an hour, the stake was like leather, my girlfriends meal was like a starter, the house wine you could see through it, looked liked weak ribena. Wouldn't go again nor recommend it

10/10A warm welcome on a cold night! Carluccio’s was the perfect end to our arrival in Chester. The food was fresh and very flavorful, while the service was excellent.

9.5/10We were surprised to find the resturant did not aware their management has participated with "TheFork Festival - Exclusive Menu ...". The staff has to call the office to clarify? This gave bad feeling to customers. Management has to keep their resturants inform on their promotion programs.
