3/10It was only when all our table of 8 sat down that we were told there were no pizzas available as their oven was broken. In terms of customer service this is unacceptable and there should be a contingency in place for this given that this is a pizza/pasta restaurant. Gluten free options - limited and one person had to ask for the gluten free sauce that should have been on their meal. Milanese Burger - chicken coated in breadcrumbs which was overcooked and dry.

4.5/10This place has gone downhill. Bruschetta is baguette with sliced cherry tomatoes.. Parmesan and rosemary chips were actually chips with mozzarella.

9/10The staff were welcoming and offered us our preference of where to sit. They let us know that pancakes werent on the menu today as they had run out. Most of us had delicious poached eggs and cooked breakfasts. They kindly swapped the red onion for just avocado with my salmon as requested. When our little one chose pain au chocolates they replaced it with croissants and chocolate dipping sauce. They were good at meeting my husbands gluten free needs and double checked our little boy was ok with nutella as it has nuts in it. We got a discount code on our receipt and look forward to returning.

6.5/10The restaurant was nearly empty when we arrived but we still ejoyed the welcoming and enthusiastic service. They helped us locate another building in Chichester using their phones. My chicken and potato dish was good but a side dish of green beans and spinach was disappointing. Borderline inedible. I should have sent it back but I didn't feel like a tyrant on the evening. For the first hour we could hear the radio in he kitchen. Not much point playing laid back swing music in the restaurant if you can hear pop radio in the other direction.

7.5/10The restaurant itself was not as warm/pleasant in terms of decor/setting as I'd expect from Carluccios; the atmosphere was more like a cafe. However our waiter was absolutely fantastic; he was very friendly and efficient, made us feel very welcome and did a great job. The food was absolutely delicious, even though they were short-staffed and only had one chef there.

10/10We really enjoyed here. We booked early in the evening, so had a table in the window. The fork festival menu was a bargain, even when supplements were included. The dishes were as of the a la carte menu, which meant the desserts were unbelievably good value as they were included. I would recommend the panna cotta, there's a good tiramisu for the nay sayers!

7/10A disappointing meal here today, particularly as I last meal was so good. The chicken was dry and quite tough and the mussels were in a rather anaemic sauce. Mushroom soup was excellent.

7/10The food was good , waited ages for our main , surprising as place wasn’t busy . It was quite cold in the restaurant . Service was ok . It was a special deal £14 for 3 courses .
