8.5/10Such a good location near the Tower of London. Food is great. Service is very attentive (able to let me have hot water which is a plus!) Desserts are excellent (love the pana cotta with Lavender)

8/10Excellent location with great views. The restaurant was very clean and staff were friendly. The food was good, but portions of pasta were a little on the small side. We would visit again, but maybe have a starter as well.

3.5/10The waiter service was good but the food was terrible. Our food arrived less than 5 minutes after ordering, my husband ordered a pizza that was impossible to eat as it was completely soggy and swimming in oil. I ordered an oven baked aubergine dish which had obviously been frozen and zapped in the microwave rendering it inedible being hard and burnt around the edges and slimy and soggy in the centre. Our waiter apologised and offered to replace both meals which we did not take him up on because we lacked confidence it would be any better based upon the food quality served so far. We paid the bill and will not return or recommend this restaurant to anyone in the future.

5/10Service was a bit slow but we put that down to how busy it was with it being Valentines Day evening. Calamari was ok but batter was soft and not crispy at all. There was a lack of options for sides with the main course. Fries or sweet potato fries and that was it. Salmon was nice and a very generous size, but one of the lamb cutlets was a little bit fatty. The main issue with the evening was the entertainment. We were there as a couple and unfortunately there was a duo singing and the female singer's microphone was turned up way too loud. You couldn't have a conversation because the noise was unbearably loud. Even the waitress apologised about how noisy it was when trying to take our order.

They made the evening truly memorable! The food was fantastic, and the waiters, especially Nishith and Nijath provided exceptional service. The atmosphere was perfect, and they even gave us access to breathtaking views of The Shard, Tower Bridge, and the Tower of London. Highly recommended

10/10We had a dinner here and we really enjoyed the experience. We were served by Nishith who really did a great job to make this an unforgettable night for us. The food was great, the service was excellent and the location was amazing: right in front of Tower of London. Highly recommend to everyone interested in Italian food and British history.

4/10Not Italian, not even close to Italian cuisine. The pizza had a mediocre, frozen dough. The ingredients were less than mediocre. The service tries to be excellent but they don't understand that they become annoying. I like sparkling water and I don't want it to become still and loose the bubbles. So I had ordered a bottle of sparkling water that I wanted to drink on my pace, but the waiters kept insisting on refilling my glass, so I had to say NO to 4 different waiters that kept coming to my table to refill my glass of water. I get the courtesy, but after the 4th time it becomes extremely annoying.

10/10From the moment our party of 6 arrived, we were made to feel welcome and valued. The menu choices were great, a mix for everyone, the kitchen were able to accommodate a non menu item for my daughter, which made her more comfortable and having a "safe" food for her enabled her to try many of the other dishes we had ordered. The concept of "Italian tapas" worked so well, and every single dish we tried was incredible and made with care. The only negative, is that the toilets are a little bit away from the restaurant, although saying that, we got to have a peek into the hotel lobby, which was nice.

The location was perfect with the view of the Tower of London. It was also just across the river from the Bridge Theatre where we were going to see Guys and Dolls. We enjoyed 4 dishes from their sharing menu followed by a delicious Tiramisu. The service was on point.
