We have come here regularly in the summer when visiting friends and family from Australia. It’s a great restaurant. Good food, great surrounds, especially helpful with children, a relaxed feel and the French wines and champagne a great bonus.

We were looking forward to trying out this new restaurant. The location is good - in a quiet residential complex with fountains outside. The outdoor terrace is also nice in a hot and sunmy day. Service is very friendly. The champagne menu is also nice and the price isn't expensive. The only issue we had was with the food quality - perhaps we were eating too early before going to theatre, the food wasn't as tasty as we expected. Simple hamburger is well cooked but all other dishes left some room for improvement. It is still a nice place to get some drink and some simple food.

We booked this restaurant last minute and were so glad we found it! Their champagne and wine menu was lovely. Also, we ordered entrees and mains too. It was perfect for a relaxed Saturday evening before we went to a concert. Recommend! The interior was designed so well, the team was friendly and we loved the food/wine. I am gluten free and they were so kind and accommodating.

We only had a light lunch, but the food was really good. An extensive and good wine list. Excellent, attentive and friendly service. A bit off the beaten track (hence fairly quiet) but a very attractive spot for outside dining.

A remote location and surprised to discover we were the only customers present. Food was unremarkable. Scallops were undercooked. Service was good though the staff were not under any pressure.

Great selection for growers' champagne, from prestige cuvees to more off the beaten track grape varieties. Very good value for money, given how expensive champagne is nowadays. Owner's always friendly and hospitable

The Champagne Route is an excellent restaurant, serving great Champagnes as well, Its well worth ordering your wine and champagne from them, and the food is lovely. Paul is a great host. I particularly like to scallops as a starter.

We’ve been here many times over the past year and it never disappoints. It’s a great place for children especially if you eat outside. The square is a great diversion for little ones. The owner is always friendly and accommodating and can recommend wine to match your taste and interest. Great place to entertain friends. Highly recommended.

Second visit and even better than I remembered. The scallops were very unusual and out of this world, worth a visit just for that dish! Huge choice of Champagnes from small prodicers at sensible prices. The restaurant is a little tricky to find, but just look for the fountains in the square

Not the most obvious wine bar/restaurant in Wapping, but it's well worth discovering. On the face of it, it's a champagne bar (and it has a huge selection of champagnes - how to choose?), but don't ignore the wonderful food and other drinks which are available. We had a great night out and fully recommend it.
