I recently visited Change Noodle in London with high hopes for a delightful dining experience, but unfortunately, I left feeling quite disappointed. Several aspects of my visit contributed to my less-than-pleasant impression. Firstly, the service was lacking professionalism. The waitress, unfortunately, displayed poor hygiene practices by touching the food with her finger while serving our dishes. This was highly unprofessional and left us feeling uncomfortable with the overall cleanliness standards of the restaurant. Moreover, the quality of the food was subpar. The noodles were sticky and overcooked, resulting in a lackluster texture and taste. It seemed as though the chef did not pay attention to the cooking time, leading to a less enjoyable dining experience for us. On a positive note, the ambiance and decor of the restaurant were pleasant, creating a cozy atmosphere. However, these positive aspects were overshadowed by the issues with service and food. Overall, my visit to Change Noodle London fell short of my expectations. The unprofessional service and poorly prepared noodles were major letdowns, and I left feeling unsatisfied with the overall dining experience. I hope that the restaurant takes these criticisms constructively and makes the necessary improvements to enhance the quality of their offerings and service.

The Restaurant wasnt too busy which was nice. We had Dumplings which are delicious and I would highly recommend, dried tofu salad, also good. The Aubergine was nice but a little sweet and very oily, and the trotters were good but covered in sichuan peppercorns so if you dont like these i'd avoid this dish. Or maybe go for the 5 spice version.

Discount does not include noodle without prior explanation. The checkout needs to be paid in cash, and it is not said in advance. The service attitude is not good either. I won't go again. I won't recommend my friends.

We booked for our reservation as part of the fork festival, where on visiting the restaurant they do not honor the booking and the discount provided, despite us showing full proof of the discount listed on our fork booking. Really bad business antics and highly recommended to avoid

We booked on Fork with the 50% discount, on the website it only says the drinks are excluded from the discount while at the restaurant we were told the noodles are excluded from the discount as well. The ingredients are not fresh, a bit smelly even. In the end, we were recommended to pay cash (which seems to be a common practice of Chinese restaurants for tax evasion).

Staples, such as noodles, can't be discounted as booking. The taste of the dishes is not bad, but it doesn't surprise me. By the way, the lamb is very good.

To be honest, the food is very authentic Chinese food! However, the service is terrible. Firstly, the waitress told me that only some dishes have a 50% discount, and I checked again the 50% offer description, “You can eat what you want without any restriction on food. Drinks are not included." Did I misunderstand the sentence? Secondly, when I asked when the food can be ready, the waitress told me that I asked a lot about the 50% offer and wasted a lot of time ordering the food, so the food will come later than expected. Sorry, I can't like the restaurant with terrible service.

The restaurant did not honour the discount at first. When I pointed out the discount, it printed a receipt with a discount of some 30% and said that was how it was on the computer. When I insisted on their honouring the bargain, they very reluctantly gave the full discount. This was a crying shame given that the food had been excellent and the service good until then.
