9/10A really nice valentines experience, great food quality and the live music and ambience really good. It included a glass of good quality champagne with 4 courses. Initially we thought £75 per head was quite high but that is expected in London

9/10The food was lovely and we had a great table with a view of the Thames. Our waitress was so welcoming and made the occasion really special. We had lunch which was a limited menu compared to the evening one. Would love to go back for the evening experience

7/10The food was nice also live music was a plus and the place was very nice but service could have been much better. We were asked by the person that took us to the table if we wanted some water for the tablet and we dair yes however we had to ask like 3 or 4 times for this water to different Waiters until it was brought to the table. Also we were waiting like 20/25 mins for dessert. Main food was actually brought faster than dessert. Bad organised service or maybe short of staff i am not sure but for the price of restaurant service should be much better!

6/10The food was absolutely delicious. The management of the food was terrible. The staff were very sweet but very chaotic. My daughter had a two course meal. One course at 8.30pm, the other at 10.45pm. Half the table had the delicious set meal and were very happy. The rest of us were starving having been made to wait until 10pm for our main course (table booked for 8pm) then they cleared up whilst we were still eating, and told us we had 6 minutes if we wanted dessert! Then all the deserts were wrong...we ordered 2 ice creams, 5 arrived and we had to chase my daughters brownie so we could catch our train before midnight. Live music and ambience is lovely but when all adults had to use phone torches to be able to read the menu, the lighting should be reconsidered!

8.5/10Friendly and efficient service. Quality of the food varies from dish to dish but generally not so bad! The 50% discount helped with the final bill. Would recommend it with the offer.

10/10A lovely experience, overall. A good quality menu, in an ambient setting, close to the river. The staff are warm and accomodating. There was live, melodic music to add value, and there are ample secluded seating options available if you wish for a more quiet dining experience.

9.5/10The dishes were beautifully presented and I did enjoy the views to the Thames with a cracking cocktail. My black cod main was a good large portion moist and tasty - really excellent (A little extra sauce though would have been a nice addition) Desserts - rounded off the meal nicely

We have enjoyed our dinner and the experience was very positive. We had a slight hiccup the waiting time for our drinks but the staff were very apologetic. Overall, the experience was very pleasant. 5 star the singing made night very worth it.

10/10We returned after many years and wondered why we hadn’t been back. Everything is great: last minute reservation but a great table with a river view, really helpful service, lovely menu and even live music. Plus of course a great deal from The Fork. It wont be long until we return this time!

The food was ok but service slow and the live music which was mesnt to start at 7pm didn’t start till 8.30 by which time we were leaving and very disappointed. Lovely view for sunny day with the view of the House of parliament

10/10Chino Latino is great. Went to celebrate a birthday and can say that it definitely made him feel special. Had a great dinning experience along with lovely views of london. Food was outstanding with decent portion sizes. Could try a lot of variety thanks to the Fork coupon

7.5/10Loved the food and ambience, live music was amazing ! Was just disappointed by waiters lack of attentiveness, seemed to want to rush our order and very dismissive. Lady in red dress was lovely and great (she treated us very nicely) was also disappointed that the short rib ran out.

10/10Food was great! The presentation, taste and flavor were all fantastic! Highly recommend the sushi and teriyaki beef ribs. Taras was an excellent waiter! Very friendly and attentive. The band was entertaining and added to the amazing ambiance we experienced! The cider was great and espresso martinis one of the best I ever had! Thank you! We would definitely recommend!!

3/10The venue was a disappointment - particularly as a valentine’s day venue. The abiance felt tacky with a lot of hearts and red. There was a large LED screen covered in hearts plus projectors on the wall, both of which looked naff. Seating is very close together, felt like I was listening to the people next to is - almost felt like a double date. The entertainment was particularly bad this time. I have seen the venue play live jazz not too loudly, which was pleasant. This time, they brought a host who was loud and obnoxious. There was also a comedian, and then a pianist/singer. The whole thing was too loud and felt cheap. None of us were expecting a comedian and this was frustrating as we just wanted to chat and socialise. The entertainment was so loud that it was jarring and difficult to talk to each other. I personally didn’t find the entertainment good either, despite the volume. The cherry on top is the waiters - they felt clumsy and unprofessional. Cutlery wasn’t replaced between courses and plates were placed haphazardly on our tables. Even they couldn’t hear us over the entertainment. Disappointed as the venue had potential. The presentation of the food is nice, and the food wasn’t too bad for me. Although my date felt that the black cod was undercooked and under-marinated, disappointing considering its price tag. If the entertainment and decor wasn’t cheesy, and the waiters were more experienced and professional, it would’ve felt a bit more worthwhile.

8.5/10Restaurant is part of a hotel. Staff were welcoming, we were seated and addressed by waiter immediately, have to say it was not a super busy evening. There was a singer on, which was lovely we were seated further away so were able to enjoy the music and have a conversation. Good was tasty. Had some dim sums, those were a little dry and no sauce came with them, but still really tasty. The sushi was excellent, beautifully presented and very tasty. Very enjoyable. The waiter was very friendly and came to check on us several times. Gave us lots of info on what we asked about. The bottomless sushi idea sounds like something to try, good value for money, maybe next time. Thank you for a nice evening.

8.5/10The food was amazing. My only only complaint if the experience was that the service was extremely slow. And it wasn’t particularly busy. We were booked in for a menu, but it wasn’t available. However we were very kindly offered an apology drink. Overall a good experience, but don’t go there if you are tight on time!

7/10We used Chino Latino several times in the past, always satisfied. Yesterday the staff were new, did not had the idea. When we went there for the Fork Offer as per the booking, the person in charge said shapely, there is No Offer, you can dine with A la cart menu or leave if you want. There was no argument. The food as usual of high standard, but for my wife's egg allergy unsympathetic attitude. on this occasion.

5.5/10Not the first time here but this was particularly unpleasant. The staff doesn’t seem to be properly trained for what the restaurant pretend to be. Hostess not smiley and waiters unexpired (or not properly trained). During the service they removed plates while still eating, or in another moment they didn’t change them before serving the main course, resulting in them arriving at the table with the food and with no space left for serving it. Sushi was served and the soya sources offered when I almost finished eating it. The bill was left on the table without the usual cover, just as a piece of paper as it is. And this is not what you would expect for a restaurant that costs you over £150 in 2 people. In terms of food, it is good but overpriced and quite pretending. The portions are very small, as from the one in the picture, where on the left we can see 4 small pieces of beef taquitos for £16. The environment is nice however it is a smelly restaurant and we left it with our clothes smelling of food. To the management I’d suggest to review the prices or improve the service level.
