7.5/10The ambience and service was excellent. Food was ok, the biryani was a bit soggy and the papad was too oily. Will visit in the area for the ambience and service, food definitely needs to improve especially given the location

3.5/10Too cold, water was dripping on our seats and we kept requesting for heating but they didn’t bother and we had to tell them that we will not sit on the seat any more then they shifted us to a smaller table. Food is okay not too good for the money spent.

Dear Pritpal, Please accept our most sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you on your most recent visit with us. Unfortunately the weather took a turn and although you were seated under high power infrared heaters the heating could not sustain as teh glass ceilings above you were covered with ice and thus it started dripping. Unfortunately it wasn't something that we anticipated and thus could not prevent it from happening. as you know we were fully booked that evening, but once you highlighted the inconvenience, we did arrange arrange alternate seating for you by adding additional seating in one of our areas. Our owners had personally acknowledged and apologised to you for the inconvenience as well on the night and even added a gesture to your bill.

10/10Excellent food, lovely people. Gary and other staff members very attentive and ready to delight each customer. They were really accommodative to customisation for kids specifically making it not spicy. Will visit again soon.

8.5/10Greeted warmly on arrival and shown to our table by a friendly waitress. Food order taken and starters and mains arrived separately within a reasonable time. Quality of food was excellent and portions were adequate. A bit on the pricey side but probably worth it.

6.5/10The Service was a bit poor ....we had to keep asking for menus and they only gave one menu on a table of 5 people. The food was okay the mixed grill was served warm rather than hot.

6.5/10The food was good but the service was not good there was no effort by the serving staff to offer recommendations no interaction with guests and unfortunately English was not too good even when asking for a napkin had to explain talking about a tissue. The staff seem untrained and is a real shame as the food and decor is lovely a bit more training and marketing needed perhaps complimentary papa dons at least. Guests to be shown to the table on entry a bit more customer service needed to feel welcomed.

9.5/10The setup is very nice. With the varying ambience in different rooms, it provides an opportunity to customers to come again as if it's a journey to complete each of them. Good marketing strategy backed up good food and polite & happy staff. Has parking too. Good find.

9/10very good service and hospitality. Nice Ambience as well. Food was little spicy than usual but was definately tasty. Kids faced bit of challenge with spices but we managed with extra yogurt. Thanks
