DA NON PERDERE - Senza dubbio da provare la tartare di carne cruda, la pera in guscio di frolla salata con tomino di capra, la paglierina di capra alla piastra con miele di Corbezzolo e mostarda di frutta, nonché l’ottima apple pie.
