Nice quiet setting. The seating is quite open but we had a quiet night it seems so no lack of privacy etc. Thoughtful service, my wife and I tried a few of the set menus so we could try everything. We shared each course and they brought out 2 plates per course for each of us. The mains they also split into 2 portions onto 2 plates for us - without us asking. It was great. Open kitchen with glass panel so you can see the chefs cooking and prepping each course. Nice setting.

The food was beyond fantastic.. every dish was exquisite, and the flavours wonderful. The presentation of the food was stunning. The desserts were an absolute delight, with a definite "oh wow" factor. The service was brilliant, with excellent wine suggestions from the somellier. All-in all thoroughly recommended for an occasion, or just when you feel you deserve an extra-special treat. By no means cheap, but food of that quality always comes at a price. As an aside, unlike a lot of high-end London restaurants, open on Mondays. Highly recommended. PS don't trust Google maps to get you there without walking you round 85 Fleet Street - just go to St Brides church.

The room is stylishly decorated in soothing blues and whites and the impeccably attired chefs are on show in the glass-fronted kitchen. Cooking shows a strong classical bent, and dishes are presented in an eye-catching, modern style.
