3/10The food was good. Cocktails poor quality for the price. The service was bad even the receptionist. I honestly don't understand it because the place was empty for poor service.

6/10It seemed like you were part of a machine, no personalized experience, everything was extremely rushed and we were asked atleast 4 times if we wanted to order the mains so much pressure. There was no ambience it was loud and decor was tacky at the end the waiter literally pleaded in order to get a tip on top of 15% service charge, this is emotional blackmailing and extremely unprofessional when the waiter is breathing down your neck to see how much will you tip or if you will tip. Food was good but not worth 300 quid for a rushed service and zero ambiance extremely disappointing experience

5/10and the bartender had marked an additional 10% service charge on the card. Then came the waiter in the restaurant. We had chosen when reserving the degustation menu and ticked no poultry for intolerances; we specified this to the waiter and he responded rudely that he is not sure the chef can do this although I tried to explain to him that it was the restaurant itself that allows for ticking this off the menu. He hurriedly left, brusquely picking up the menu and dropping my iPhone on the floor. He did not even apologise or pick it up, but tried to crack a bad joke. He left never asking us what we wanted to drink. The first dish we received was chicken! I complained to whom I was told was the manager (a more polite attendant) who changed our waiter and removed the drinks - a glass of wine and a non alcoholic gin tonic that we ended receiving half way through the meal - from our bill; this was less than the 15% service charge added for the bad service. In general, the food was average.

Attended on a Saturday mid day for brunch. Service was very good if a little slow between courses, however given the number and quantity this was a good thing! Food was excellent if I had to criticise it would be the temperature of cooked items was not hot enough for me or my friend. Fantastic value for money. After three hours (yes that is correct) I was well and truly satisfied. The only tip I’d give is if you don’t like loud music, take some ear plugs!!! I can’t wait to go back.

7.5/10cozy and cosmopolitan ambiance. the reception is very warm and professional. The service may be improved. When I ordered my second beer it didn't come for 20'. then, when I complained there were no apologies and also no compensation for the lack of service.

8.5/10Excellent food but the place is very very noisy (really too much) and the service is ok but not great. We also had to wait 40 mins to get our table ready…The food is however very nice (great flavours and original) and arrives to the table quickly. Nice place to discover overall despite the flaws.

9/10All the food was absolutely top class. Spicy beef and chargrulled sea bream were the highlights, but everything was delicious. Excellent Minuty rose. But this is a very expensive place, and for the money we would not expect to be rushed quite as much as we were. The food comes fast and furious. The staff were efficient and charming though. Busy and bustling atmosphere.

9.5/10The ambience and food was really good. I ordered food for 2 of us. The whole order arrived on time except my salmon dish. I waited for 20 minutes and chased 2 waiters and then the manager and they found out there was some issue in the kitchen with my dish and they are making new one. So I was very disappointed first but then they apologised lot of times and they didn’t charge me for my dish. So I was happy in the end.

9/10Good food in wonderful atmosphere but long waiting time. We spent over 40 mins at bar drinking cocktails to get to our reserved table. Therefore couldn’t have enough time for menus. Sommelier advices are not professional. Still will try again.
