4.5/10Crepes were really but the sundaes and shakes we ordered were disappointing - not quite as shown in picture or as described. Despite having several people behind desk the items came out slowly one by one and drinks came out even later than them. Guy who gave us menus gave us 3 between 6 and was just not very happy. Cost a lot of money for what we had. We won’t be rushing there again.

Dear Claire, many thanks for your kind review and we regret that we could not satisfy you this time, We have served 3 menus because due to a busy day all other menus were on other tables with other customers, we asked your partner if more menus are needed but he said no he is ok, we exactly took 13 minutes to prepare your order and 4 minutes to serve it, everything was exactly as described in the menu, If there was any issue you could have brought in to our attention and we could have fixed it straight away. Owner of the restaurant opened door for you and said good bye and you have never complained about anything and we took it as positive that you all left happy. 9/10The service from the manager was fabulous. He was really helpful. The food was delicious, and so filling!! We had a mixture of cookie dough, waffles and crepe. The only bit that let you down was the drinks. The cookies and cream bubble tea was disappointing, tasted very weak/watery. The other bubble tea was not cold either. Bubblegum shake was great initially but as you got further down the drink, the taste disappeared. We would definitely come back, but would order different drinks next time.

10/10Staff welcoming upon arrival. Lots of choice on the menu and easy to order. Service was very good and the quality of food was brilliant. Wouldn’t say it’s cheap but for the price you pay, it’s worth treating yourself every once in a while! Would recommend creams if people are thinking about trying the place!
