10/10Been using this restaurant for more than 10 years so that speaks for itself really. Always a warm and friendly welcome. Food is second to none and always freshly cooked and homemade. Highly recommended

9.5/10We went on a Sunday night as the hotel we were staying at does not serve food on Sunday evening. We were made most welcome. The service was very good with helpful guides as to what the various dishes were. There was an excellent choice of food at reasonable prices. The house white and the house red wines were good too. The restaurant was quiet as it was a cold night in February. Nothing the restaurant could have done about that. We shall go again when we next go to Bournemouth. A very good place to eat!!

6/10Ordered lamb chops when it came out the sauce was over powering and veg had lots of oil on them lamb chops were burnt had no taste to them and no mint sauce

6.5/10Our family had a table booked and didn't eat for an hour and a half which was far too long to wait. No communication and a very poor apology, don't really know what the issue was. Our food was in fact gorgeous when it came but we were fed up by then😪

10/10I have walked past Cristallo many times on my way somewhere else, and kept meaning to try it. I finally remembered it when thinking of a place to go, and it didn't disappoint. The food was delicious and the staff were attentive without being pushy. We had a really lovely night and will be returning in the future. Maybe when the sun us shining and we'll be able to enjoy their great outdoor space 🌞

8/10food is excellent and plentiful The outside area really needs improving . The automatic service charge needs removing. A bottle of water cost £4.50 so with 10% service charge that makes it almost £5.00. Shocking!

10/10Loved Cristallo’s! Very impressed. Plenty of absolutely lovely food, great flavours. Service was attentive and I was very pleased to see they didn’t clear the other persons plate while partner still eating. Didn’t feel rushed at all, yet food served promptly. Full of flavour and welcoming restaurant. Lovely.

6.5/10Friendly service although too much upselling of extra items. Food is not authentically Italian. Pasta soft and over cooked. Pizza was tasty but unusual.

Our food is authentic Italian with decades in the business. we don’t have upselling policy however we offer side of garlic bread with pasta dishes which came across to you as upsell. and most our customers regret not ordering one when we asked first. and then ordering one after during there meal. Our prices are most reasonable out there. You can even have a main course for as low as £9.95 . We alway come to the table to ask how is your food.I’m sorry If your pasta was soft we are always happy to replace it instantly if we new it then.that is the reason we come to your table and ask how is your food. 9/10On our last family night out over Easter this was a lovely, relaxing and delicious night! A large restaurant but with a focus on your group , which was great. My tuna and fettuccine was superb - my parents’ sea bass on a bed of vegetables excellent.

8.5/10In the process of re-locating to Bournemouth and love Italian food.all I can say was not disappointed staff were wonderful and was very welcoming and accommodating nothing to much trouble for them. Food was amazing me and my partner will definitely be returning

10/10Superb experience had at this lovely Italian. Service was attentive without hovering; atmosphere was chilled and the music wasn't too loud (unfortunately often the case these days); and most importantly, the food was amazing. Generous portions, impeccably seasoned and well presented. Was offered some extremely tasty deserts but simply too satisfied by the main. Lovely coffee to finish instead. Would thoroughly recommend.
