Overall experience was great. Just the kitchen seems very busy, so we waited for quite a long time for foods. The service was great tho, our waitress was worried if we ordered too much food which was quite cute lol. Foods were not bad!!

Relaxed setting, the waitress was attentive and didn't rush us. Lovely Pina Colada Cocktails and the pasta dishes (meatballs, and spaghetti b) were superb! Topped off with a light Tiramisu.

After waiting in a queue to get in (despite having a booking) we were able to sit at a table of our choice. They were out of the wine we wanted so we ordered a more expensive one. We ordered a veg and a non veg dish and a veg salad. The food was all good. We used the 30% discount offer so the bill was okay. At full price it may have felt a little expensive.

The place was quiet but as it was a girls catch up this was perfect. Food was lovely and staff was attentive as it wasn’t busy. One of my friend was gluten free so they accommodate very well. Happy to come back again.

This must be one of the worst Italian restaurants we been and we eat out every weekend. There is no separate wine menu. There are only three bottles of red or white wines to choose and then one of the red wine is not available. Our main courses of prawn linguine and seafood paste were over cooked and both sauces are just the same. Our starters were just as bad. The waiter/waiteress did not even come to ask if we want desserts. At another table diners brought their own carton of orange juices. Certain areas of the restaurant was not well lit so it was difficult to read the menu. There were ceiling lights but they were not switched on. There were no table lamps. There were wall lightings, so unless you sit at one of the tables by the wall lights you are likely to struggle to read the menu or see what you are eating especially for the older folks

We had a lovely meal at Cucina before the theatre and it was great.Theres no kids menu but plenty of options on the main menu so with the fork discount we let our son choose. we did make a boo boo ordering the starter Mac and cheese which was as big as the main lasagne but he loved them both. Decor was fun too. We would never have known this restaurant existed without seeing it on fork, it's on the mezzanine inside a hotel.

Very surprised to discover this Italian restaurant tucked away in a hotel down a side street off Tottenham Court Road. Will definitely go back. Very close to the dominion theatre.

Firstly they clearly differentiate the customers coming from theFork, the behaviour, the service, everything was different for us. Food was awful as well, I ordered ravioli, and my husband ordered pizza. Pizza was ok, but ravioli was terrible, uncooked! and when I request them to redo it - they were like it is fine, no apology or any thing, but the behaviour was like this is how it is eat or leave, finally they took it to the kitchen and bring it back after 20 mins and still the same stage - it was an awful experience for us

We were sat quickly but the host couldn't find our reservation- she kept repeating a different guest name every time I was confirming my name (about 3 x). Food came quickly but was very bland, the tomato sauce on the spaghetti was incredibly bland & flavourless & my partner's ravioli was beyond bland too. Maybe time for another Chef if they've given up?..

Food was great and staff were nice but quite slow service. Others who ordered at the same time as us had got their food, eaten and paid by the time our food came (one pizza, one pasta, one salad).

The atmosphere was very nice , food was ok , but what made the trip to the restaurant unpleasant was very rude service from the male waiter. The lady was lovely but the man so rude - he had awful customer service skills. He tried to overcharge us and when we caught him didn’t even apologise. No thank you , no goodbye, the worst service ever. Will never set the foot there again and do not recommend this place to anyone

Food was not good, it lacked flavour and did not taste fresh. We ordered the carbonara and lasagna. Really disappointed with the food However, the restaurant has good service, good atmosphere, and friendly staff so fine for a quick meal but I wouldn’t come here again based on the food.

Quiet restaurant, good service. My daughter had the burrata, which she enjoyed but portion size would be expensive with fork discount. I would have like more flavoring in the bruschetta and for the bread to be crispy. It’s a hard restaurant to find as it’s actually upstairs in the St Giles hotel so anyone looking should be aware of this.

The tempura prawns tasted frozen store bought. The cheesy meatballs had no taste or seasoning. It was just meatballs swimming in what tasted like a cheese/milk sauce. The spaghetti bolognese was probably the best thing we ordered but still wasn’t anything to rave about. Overall the service was good but I wouldn’t pay full price for their food.

A nice restaurant found in St Giles Hotel. Warning: address on TheFork doesn’t take you to the restaurant, instead go to St Giles Hotel and the restaurant is found on the mezzanine level. The ambience was nice, it was pretty quiet for a Thursday night (I imagine most diners were hotel guests too). Food quality was okay… stay away from the pizza as they’re pretty bland. But the pasta was nice. Prices are expensive, and do not match the quality of food. However it’s pretty reasonable if you book with 50% off on the fork.

really enjoyed Cucina! the ambiance was great, the staffs were super nice, helpful and friendly! not over crowded so the restaurant was great. but was really hard to find on google map, please update the location so we can all find it easier.
