9/10We ordered the mixed grilled fish and was glad that we did. We particularly liked the red mullet and tiger prawns. We found the side order grilled Mediterranean vegetables too burnt but the waitress seemed hard to comprehend but agreed to cancel the order at the end.

6.5/10The atmosphere of the restaurant and service is nice, we have walked past and wanted to visit for several months. Finally, on Valentine’s Day, we gave it a go. Unfortunately the food was extremely disappointing; my calamari was stringy and overcooked, the anchovies seemed like tinned ones from the shop, the mixed grill was nice but a very small portion for the price with no sides. Food was not terrible, but undoubtedly overpriced. We will not be returning.

4/10The service was poor and staff didn’t seem interested. The menu was small and the same as it has been for years, and no specials were shown to us from the backboard. I ordered Fish and Chips and the batter was really greasy and the chips were undercooked and hard. Waitress asked how our food was and when I told her about my disappointing meal she replied “sorry to hear that” and cleared our empty plates and walked off. After this visit I will not be returning which is such a shame. In my view the place has gone massive downhill.

10/10I was looking forward to know this restaurant for my Birthday with my Fiance and I’ve been very surprised of the warm reception and wonderful food that we had. I’ve also suggested to have the Perelada wine called “Blanc Pescador” that is a wonderful and fresh white wine for the fish plates and restaurants next to the seaside in Catalonia.

10/10This is a wonderful place. I would not know where to find a fish restaurant to hold a candle to it. The menu is superb, with a new specials board every day. The service is impeccable- prompt, friendly and discreet. The ambiance is perfect - quiet and stylish. No distracting music. Ideal for a romantic dinner or for meeting up with friends. Don't miss it!

6.5/10The food varied from ok (Bouillabaisse) to awesome (sea food platter). We were expecting the waiting staff to be as welcoming as Las Cuccina but they did not engage with us or were in any sense 'warm'. Disappointing.

9.5/10Amazing specials of the day!!! We tried so different ones! They were so tasty! Fish was really fresh! The only thing to reminder… The specials finish quite early… So, not always possible to order what wished as first choice. Highly recommended. We will come back for sure! PS. A bit of renovation of the toilets is just a suggestion… :)

8.5/10Loved our meal here. The food was delicious, especially the marinere mussels with garlic bread! The seafood platter portions were very generous too, with fresh oysters and crab claws. We would certainly recommend this restaurant. Just two things we didn't quite like - one of the king prawns had gone off, and they had a Taylor Swift album playing all night which ruined the ambience,

10/10The seafood was fresh and delicious. The portions were generous and nothing was overcooked. The staff very attentive too, without being intrusive. A bit of a walk from the high street after a long day shopping but would highly recommend a visit.

8/10Food excellent - fresh shellfish, good wine list - and it’s a nice, buzzy, dining room. I usually like to have Calvados after shellfish, just in case, but sadly they didn’t have any. Not a showstopper, though.

9/10Nice mussels, excellent smoked salmon, good fish and chips and tasty lemon sole. Desserts were super. Overall, an enjoyable evening on what was one of the wettest days of the year. The radio station music, was however a little irritating at times but service was efficient. Thank you Cuttlefish, keep up the good work.
