Very disappointed with the quality of the food - had much better chateaubriand for half the price at a local restaurant. Was expecting a very special meal but very underwhelmed by the whole experience.

Great service and atmosphere. Food was good. Bottle of wine and 3 gin and tonics and 3 starters and mains was over £250 including tip, which didn’t necessarily seem on the cheap side. But would go again.

Our first visit here didn't disappoint. This was a special occasion, my husbands birthday. I read reviews first, fortunately the positive reviews were true in our case. We had cocktails in the lounge area, I recommend the long island, one of the best I've had. The food was very good, the monkfish starter was so delicious. My husbands fillet steak was overcooked, however this was quickly rectified and took nothing away from our great experience here. Big shout out to our lovely server Alex, she was attentive, helpful and such a lovely person to talk to. Dakota is perfect for an intimate meal, although we did see larger groups. We will definitely return.

Great ambience but the food was a big disappointment. Excess amount of salt and quality control doesn’t exist. Simple salad was presented with tired looking leafy green and sliced grapes. Can’t get the basics right.

The service and atmosphere is great, the restaurant wasn't particularly busy on the Monday evening so I was slightly surprised by the longer than expected wait time for the main dish. The food was delicious to which I had expected. However I found the Ribeye steak to have been cooked slightly unevenly. Finding too much gristle for my liking. Besides that it was a nice experience. Friendly staff.
