We already like this restaurant but we had family guests with us this time. Service is always excellent. Comments from my sisters were that their food was the nicest indian they had ever had. I would agree with this sentiment.

Food was exceptional. Party of 6, spent £40-£50 per head, including drinks and service charges. Air con not workong so very warm in there, they did have a large fan to try and help. Friendly and efficient staff that didn't rush us but gave good service. Would definitely return.

We were attracted to the restaurant even though it is 12 miles from home by the reviews and the discount offer (20%). We were not disappointed the food is wonderful and some dishes we had never seen or tried before despite living in India and having 4 Indian restaurants in our local town (Baldock). Service was good, but in fairness it was not very busy and the choice of wines were good. Overall an excellent experience and we will return. Just check the discount was applied, ours was not on the first bill!!

If/When I next decide to have an Indian meal in Shefford I would not hesitate to return! Excellent venue, my son and myself both enjoyed the experience.

The food was good, but nothing special. The staff were a little abrupt and the decor and ambience was reminiscent of B&M. Particularly the water feature on the wall that made you feel like you were sitting u Der a toilet cistern. Very average overall.

The restaurant was pleasant and inviting, however, they did not acknowledge our booking; we did not get the 20% discount advertised; we waited 45 mins to get our meal ( the restaurant was quite quiet at 6:30); and when we did get it, not only did I get the wrong meal, but it was only lukewarm so all in all it was very disappointing. They provided us with £15 off a future meal as compensation for the error. However that means we have to go back again; where hopefully it will not be another bad meal. I was very surprised, as it claims to be not only an award-winning restaurant but also has the National winner for outstanding food and service award. Maybe there was a problem with the regular chef – who knows?
