10/10Attended with my family. 4 kids and husband. It was all superb and really high quality food. I was concerned with the length of menu and worried that nothing would be fresh BUT it was all really really tasty and we ordered a lot of food. 6 main courses and 10 starters. We look GOOD food and the food is very good. Prawns, octopus, lamb shank, aubergine dishes, calamari, Greek salad, smoked aubergines, salmon.. it was all superb and we would definitely go back.

10/10Delicious food (large varied menu to suit every taste) served by a charming, attentive team in a beautiful room on West End Lane. We enjoyed a goat's cheese tart, vegetarian stuffed vine leaves, mixed dips (a smooth hummus, chunky Tzatziki and tasty caponata with fresh laffa type flatbread) followed by beautifully grilled soft, fresh sea bream and tasty vegetarian and vegan mushroom risottos. Portions were generous and we only managed to share one baclava and cinnamon ice cream dessert. A lovely evening and great value - I hope we'll be back. Didn't take photos but those on social media reflect what we ate.

9.5/10The food at Dany’s is beautifully done. One of the loveliest meals out I’ve had in ages. Everything it turns out is homemade, including staples such as baba ganoush. It’s the simple things that defines the level at which a kitchen aspires to operate. Here the baba ganoush is a revelation. Creamy off white, fluffy-textured and with a perfect hint of smokiness. The best baba ganoush ever. On the face of it, it doesn’t get much simpler than a Greek salad, but here it’s elevated to something else - full of flavour and complementary textures. A soft, huge chunk of lemon sitting atop thick slices of creamy feta, it’s a visual delight. Further interest added with capers. Stuffed bell pepper highly recommended for the subtle sweet spicing of the rice and ground beef stuffing, sitting in a pool of properly prepared tomato jus. Lamb was melt in the mouth, perfectly cooked. Well thought through wine list offering value by the glass. Everything is sensibly priced as a local restaurant should be.

8/10I took my daughter on the basis of excellent reviews and the Fork offer. Not surprisingly we were the only one’s there on a cold Wednesday night at 6.30 but it certainly got busier by the time we left. Food was tasty and very good, short ribs and octopus were the main course choices, 2 scallops each at £12 a portion if we were paying full price I would have thought would be expensive but again very nice as starters. Add some bread and padron peppers and with the 50% off deal it’s brilliant value and a very nice place too. Recommended

9/10The food and the place were very good. The only thing I can say I didn't enjoy so much is the service, not because it's bad, but because they tried to much to the point where we couldn't have a conversation.. I mean, it's not necessary to come and take every single little plate that gets finished, or fill up the glass of water when it's half way or ask 4 times during the meal if it's good... I appreciate the effort of giving a good service but it was excessive..

Waited over 25 mins for a drinks order, plus 30% tax and additional service charge really bad to be honest, the restaurant itself is lovely but why the 30% vat plus the service charge - totally ruined it for me

You had a lovely evening, staying from 7:30 PM to 11 PM, and seemed to enjoy your time with friends. The ravioli, which you shared between three, sat for about 30 minutes before you started eating, and we kindly mentioned it might get cold. This dish is a favorite at Dany’s, and we’re surprised it didn’t meet your taste. As for the wine, we did inform you that it was coming chilled from our sister restaurant. 10/10We were made to feel very welcome from the start by the owner, who was incredibly passionate about the food on offer. This proved to be with good reason, as each course was fabulous. We can’t recommend the restaurant highly enough and are grateful to The Fork for introducing us to the venue, as it is unlikely we would have stumbled across it otherwise.

10/10My partner and I had a lovely dinner last week at Danys! Alfa, our server was fantastic- so friendly and helpful to us and everyone else in the restaurant! Class service. Food was fab. I am recovering from illness so only have a few things I can eat currently, but the menu had plenty of options - including great vegetarian options. My partner had the short rib and really enjoyed his. Dessert was also great! Lovely restaurant with great vibes!
