We booked a table online. Unfortunately when we arrived they said the only table was outside the restaurant in a tent-like structure, with no heaters. (It was 3 degrees outside at the time). At time of booking, we were not informed of this and had travelled quite a distance to get there, so we left disappointed. Booking system needs to be updated to reflect that some tables are outside without heaters so that customers can plan accordingly. Staff were apologetic but it ruined our evening unfortunately.
