Called to see if we could arrive early, was inform that was fine, on a arrival made to feel really welcome by staff especially Cagatay. Food was lovely and ingredients explained due to an allergy. Very attentive but not too much, food was so good, tasty, presented well, but the dessert which was Lemon Tart with ice cream was outstanding. Cocktails very moreish especially the Pina Crush. I could hardly move after, it was such a lovely experience especially the view from our window seat. Will definitely be coming back.

Delicious food - as always. Restaurants was freezing due to A/C being too high. Made the waiter aware of our discomfort, he informed his direct supervisor (an elderly Chinese man) who immediately dismissed it and offered no immediate solution. After 20 minutes at this table (directly beneath the A/C) the waiter offered an alternative table (which had always been available). As we began to move another party was shown to the table, this was very embarrassing, we then had to return to the uncomfortable table. Eventually we spoke with the manager, I explained the full experience and he immediately positioned us in a more comfortable part of the restaurant. More that 30 minutes of our dining experience was spent with the waiter speaking to various people, coming back and forth to our table (more than 5 times) during which time the temperature remained the same. This should have been dealt with immediately and discreetly. The Chinese man had the opportunity to do this, but chose not to.

The service and dishes are quite nice. We were sorted next to the window, which gave us amazing sunset view. But the environment is too crowded (imagine Monday night).

We were celebrating our sons 15th birthday with you on Sunday and Boris took amazing care of us. Very entertaining and was able to guide us on what to eat and drink. Everything was spot on and we wanted to give special thanks to Boris, he is amazing.

Amazing experience at duck and waffle. Food incredible, friendly staff and lovely atmosphere with beautiful panoramic views all over London. Highly recommend!
