Food was a bit variable in quality, some things good but others not so good eg "beef" in one dish consisted largely of chunks of fat. Some things also a bit overpriced for me. Staff very helpful and friendly, just choose food carefully.

Made a booking on the Fork, arrived ahead of time and was refused entry by a lady at the door saying they were now closed (many diners in the restaurant still eating). Made to feel uncomfortable and embarrassed- went to the workers cafe instead a few doors away - amazing staff and food, please go there instead

Hello there, after checking up with the team, and had quick look at the cctv. I noticed that you booked a table with us at 22:15, arrived at the door by 22:18:02. The kitchen is closed 15 minutes before we close(22:30), hence there’s a staff standing by the door to notify our Guests. By the time you arrived, the kitchen staffs were cleaning up to finish their shifts. The guests that were still dining in have all been informed about the closing time of the kitchen, and probably had ordered the food before the kitchen was closed. Sorry for the inconvenience.

It was our first time at Dzo Viet and we all loved it. Great service, reasonable prices, nice atmosphere (thank goodness there was no loud music!). Food was fresh and delicious. We will go again.

The air con was on and blowing on us. We had to eat in our coats because we were cold all the way through. We asked a few times for it to be switched off but nothing was done so we are whilst feeling cold. Service wasn’t great, it was hard to get the waiters attentions and they brought the main dishes before we were done with the starters. The food was ok but nothing exceptional compared to similar places. Won’t go back.
