8.5/10The food was excellent. Really flavorful and rich. However, they told us that in order to receive the 50% discount applicable by booking through The Fork that we had to order 1 starter, 1 main, 1 rice and 1 naan each. Apparently, this is written on their website somewhere, but it’s not on the T&Cs here, so we disputed it and received the 50% off. It wasn’t clear if this is an actual rule or something they may try to increase order amounts, but they need to make it clear before booking here, because most people won’t look at the website and it’s very unprofessional to try to hold people to something they have no idea of while making a booking here.

8/10we were forced to by a starter and a main course even if a main course was enough. There are people outside that force you to enter in the restaurant. As a summary, the food was really good but the general experience mitigated.

9.5/10Well almost empty when arriving why did i need to book? 20 minutes later it was heaving pleased to have ordered ahead of the rush. Very friendly food flavoursome only concern absence of level access toilets,!

8/10We booked this restaurant after reading the trip advisor reviews and had been looking forward to it for over a month. The staff were really friendly and welcoming and service was great. The food was mostly good, however the lamb special was a bit disappointing. The lamb was quite tough so they offered me another meal but sadly this was tough too. They did however remove the charge for this dish and offer to remove the service charge.

9.5/10The service and food at the Eastern Eye Balti House were excellent! We would definately recommend it - staff were friendly and attentive. There were 4 of us, each had a different dish and all were delicious. The only reason I rated them 9.5/10 was because I felt it was a bit crowded and we were hemmed in.
