7/10Second time we’ve been there and both times there was an issue with the app discount codes from their side. Seems a bit unusual it keeps happening at the same restaurant and not others.

Hello there, Please as we have explained to you before you were not eligible for the discount unfortunately. You were the only booking that was excluded on that day. We apologised and wanted to make things better from our side providing you with the best possible solution on that matter. Please understand. We will look into this occurrence and will contact the support team so they can on their system provide you with the discount, which we could accept & access in the app ( we showed you the example on yours & other reservations on that day) Fork makes its own % which we just follow. 5.5/10Although the restaurant was not busy ( we were the only customers) our food took a very very long time to arrive. The sushi rolls were ok and pleasantly presented however the fried noodles and fried rice was very disappointing in both taste and presentation.

4/10Service was so slow and really poor. I had to ask for a plate and a glass when my other friends had theirs. My friends had their drinks and I dud not have mine and had to ask three times which upset me and finally received it after 15min. Food is not as authentic as Japanese or Thai. The tempura is deep fried (very oily) in non tempura batter. Pumpkin didn't have pumpkin but potatoes croquette. sushi rolls had overcooked rice but presentation was good. The flower decor has changed and backside garden is closed and not accessible and not maintained as in the pictures.

4.5/10Substandard... no understanding of technique or ingredients of Thai or Japanese food.... Pad Thai was sloppy and tasteless, soup was palid and clearly not made with any stock. Sushi really no better than supermarket. service was sluggish and lackluster. it was okay with Fork discount but at full price would have been really disappointing.

5/10I regret having to write this review, but unfortunately, the service was truly terrible. The wait was absolutely excessive—one hour to receive our food. On top of that, we were cheated on the payment: the 50% discount on desserts wasn’t applied, and we were also charged for an unjustified portion of fries. Additionally, the bill was split among four people, and 50 cents were added to each person’s share, again with no explanation. I will, of course, seek assistance regarding this, but in the meantime, be cautious and double-check everything carefully.

Thank you for your time to give us the feedback. We are truly sorry that your experience was not the best. Please note that we have to do the desserts charge manually. This means that we apply we half the price for them manually as well, where as for the other items in the system- does automatically. We are sorry that you have been charged 50p extra, we are happy to refund with that please, but please maybe it was just a small unintentional mistake…? We work hard and some things might slip, we are humans and we try. However we are sorry to cause your table inconvenience 🙏🏼 Please in future anywhere ask the person waiting on your table for explanation or call the manager as it is better to solve such matters in the restaurant at that time please. We hope you enjoyed our food.

3/10Stay away - They didn’t even get the order right! The only saving grace was the half price promotion through the fork! Any fast food meal is far better. Just go somewhere else if you want a nice meal

10/10The service was absolutely amazing at this place! The food was delicious too! I highly recommend the cocktails. I had trouble getting in touch with my friend and the restaurant staff was extremely kind and understanding about extending our booking. Sadly I ended up eating alone and would have been happy to pay the full price (due to the Fork discount condition requiring 2 people), but the restaurant didn’t hesitate to give me the offering anyway!! I don’t think I’d ever had as nice an experience dining in London so this is now my new favourite place!! Thank you so much for your kindness, I will definitely come back again!

10/1010/10 for food and service. Great value for money. Super cheap after discount 50% off. Also service is fast. Portions are generous. Great varied options to order. Been going here for 9 years now. Food and service and portions still the same.

2.5/10They didn’t bring part of our order and the food didn’t sit well. Had to skip work the following day. Very noisy as it has a club at the back. It took quite long to serve the food given that the there were only two tables occupied. The waiter service was good and he was attentive.

Very sorry for the noise we had a very special event in our garden on that day, people were celebrating love and life. But our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. The waiter didn’t hear any negative comments while you were dining with us on food quality otherwise would have made changes and improvement immediately.
