10/10As soon as we walked in we sensed that this was going to be a good experience, and it was. The staff hit just the right level of warmth and professionalism, other diners were clearly enjoying their evening, and the background music was just that - merely a murmur - so we were off to a very good start. Steven Edwards and his team work in an open kitchen and produce delicious food. Each course of the tasting menu was a beautifully fresh, perfectly sized imaginative delight. I often find myself over faced by tasting menus but not with this one which offered an ample sufficiency. For those with larger appetites two extra courses were available - but that would have been just too much!
