3/10Arrived for our booking to find all the tables full, and no knowledge or awareness of our booking. Just before we arrived they gave away the last table to other customers, and we were told we’d be seated in a few minutes. After 15 minutes with no service and no sign of an empty table we left.

4/10We were welcome and sat by the side of kitchen side. Worst mistake EVER!!! We were advised that a new menu had been introduced so we ordered two herbal teas and Berries and cream pancakes. Whilst we waited, we were privy to a dirty kitchen floor, dirty broken oven, dirty cupboards and I don’t want to go further ( by the way our booking was for 11:30am) . One has to wonder what time a deep clean took place on the previous day , because it seemed it had not been been done in a while. In addition to witnessing the pancake lady, yes, that what we are calling the person preparing the pancakes. She did not use any gloves to mix the dough only her BARE HANDS, unacceptable!! The service was ok but we only had our teas at that point and decided to pay for them and leave. We did inform the waitress of our displeasure and clearly she was advised to give us a ridiculous excuse “ due to a new menu the kitchen is a little disorganised”. Either way won’t be back or recommend.

7.5/10It’s really beautiful, and the food looks and tastes great but service was very, very slow. The servers did not come to the table very often to get our orders and it took over twenty minutes to bring our drinks, even longer for food. For that price, pretty disappointing.

4/10Came for birthday brunch with a friend on a Monday morning. They didn’t have the breakfast we wanted as they ran out of ingredients at 10.30am!! We were looking forward to that so huge disappointment. Then we decided to order something else, it took an hour to get our food. Also a poached egg was missing from my friends plate. Apparently it had rolled off and they hadn’t noticed! The bread/muffin was very dry. Tbh I wouldn’t come here again.

4/10The resting had a burnt smell in it. The hot chocolate was cold or cool on arrival. The toilet didn’t have a lid on the toilet itself where the Cistern is. Inflated prices for what it izzy

2/10We had made a reservation we arrive explaining that we have a reservation, the person does not answer and even seems shocked. Then we will still sit down and wait, no one is coming so we just left! I do not recommend this coffee which is overpriced and no one takes your presence into account! 0/10!!!

4/10This place is pretty but everything else was poor. It took 25 minutes of us being there for them to take our drinks order and a further 20 minutes (45 mins of being there in total) to order food. The server seemed so bored and uninterested it was rude. Then two out of three people in our group were served food and the other person’s food didn’t come. Everyone else has eaten by the time the last meal arrived - we kept asking them where it was and it seemed like they’d forgotten about the extra meal. Finally, one member of our party was charged twice because of an error with their card machine and they didn’t know how to refund it. Basically a really disappointing experience - will not go back.

3/10I had made a reservation for a table and 3 minutes past the time we came there and the barista told me they give our table away he already had a bad attitude and sat we can sit at the bar and wait till the table is free again wich i found really strange . Anywaybwe sat there and ordered in the meantime 1 of my cousin asked when is 1 table free and the barista told her we are preparing 1 table now and sge cane back and told us and literally 5 min after they gave the table to other costumers . At this time we already ordered our drinks otherwise we wouldve left we felt kinda discrimination because the guy was not nice to us only after al the tables were clear all of a sudden he was like if you want you can sit on the table at this time we was annoyed we left after we finished our drinks only the lady was kind

9.5/10Great quiet place very close to Bond Street. I would recommend the cardamon chai tea and rose avo breakfast. It can take a little to get staff attention but other than that it's a lovely spot.

6.5/10The restaurant was very nice and well presented. The food was of good quality however the service was slow. Luckily we were in no great hurry however we had to cancel some hot drinks before we left as they didn’t appear to have started making them when we queried when they would be ready. Overall pretty average and would not recommend for a lunch but afternoon tea could be better. The cake selection looked good.

2.5/10The place looks beautiful however I would not recommend. The toilet was filthy and food was stored close to the toilet. This was basically a health and safety hazard. The food was very overrated, service was poor. Don’t be fooled by the lovely aesthetics

3.5/10Me and my partner were thoroughly looking forward to visiting this caffe. However upon arrival the staff were not very attentive. When we ordered food the waitress did not write anything down, and that was evident that she had forgotten what we had ordered when we finally got our food after waiting 40-45 minutes and it was incorrect. I myself am gluten intolerant so had requested gluten free pancakes, what was served to me was not gluten free and I was persistently told it was when I asked to make sure, and then was informed later on that no it was not gf. Thankfully I did not touch the food otherwise I may have had an allergy flare up. Not only was the food not up to expectation, the menu as a whole was very pricey and what to expect from such a place most definitely did not live up to value or experience. I am very disappointed with the visit we had as most importantly was for my partners birthday. I strongly feel as if we are were over promised and the shop underdelivered hugely.

9.5/10Great cafe with very good food but my friend has allergies which she made the waiters when she ordered. The waiters forgot this but luckily she reminded them when the food arrived and they swapped it quickly. Other than that, everything was great.
