10/10Incredibly friendly service by multiple different members of staff made a dinner for two enjoyable and memorable. Would highly recommend and would love to visit again.

10/10Had a great meal at Fifth Element. The bruschetta and chicken cubes for starters were delicious and the pizza really tasty and at the perfect size. The staff couldn't do enough for you and the value for money was excellent. Can only highly recommend.

9.5/10Very cosy and unpretentious. Staff attentive and welcoming. Food was fresh and very tasty. Very close to Old Vic and not far from South Bank so good for pre theatre/concert meals

8.5/10Environment, waiter and food lovely! Unfortunately, there was only one member of staff doing front of house, orders, cocktail making and running the food.. Poor guy! He did a great job, but with the restaurant being full, everything was very slow as you can imagine.

10/10What a lovely little place! I arrived first so sat alone for a little while, just listening to the music and chatting to the staff. A really welcoming vibe. Happy hour is a permanent fixture so we ordered Aperol spritz and they were delicious. Followed by main course pastas. Very homemade pasta with some authentic bite. Next time I’m in that part of London, I’ll definitely consider Fifth Element. In addition and an important note, we didn’t have any difficulty getting The Fork discount on our mains and side dish. Take a measured view on the few negative comments. We had a perfect experience. The free limoncello shots took me back to sunshine holidays in my youth!

3/10We booked with a 50% discount from the fork and the waiter tried to rip us off. First he didn’t apply the discount and wanted to take my payment without showing me the bill. When I asked him for it, I then saw he hadn’t applied the discount. When I asked him to do so, he then said it wouldn’t apply to the specific mains we had chosen (only to starters and dessert) but when ordering he didn’t mention that at all. He just shrugged his shoulders and admitted he could have done that. Still no tolerance to give the discount even though it was clearly his fault. Food was okay - could have cooked it better at home.

The chicken wasxverg, very dry, even in the small pieces it was in. The waiter sat us in between two occupied tables, despite the rest of the tables being empty... I understand it's a small cosy setup but where you can, you should sit people alone first and not next to others. It's hard to talk when people can listen into your conversations.

9/10Lovely place, food was adequate and tasty, the service was excellent, I had problems paying the bill because the discount for thefork wasn’t applied and I got a different percentage from the one that was booked, an attendant did her best to solve the situation but I was still not sure if I got the correct discount I expected, otherwise everything was great.

it’s a small cafe but cosy, beautifully decorated with relaxing atmosphere. The food is fresh and made very quickly. Desserts were bigger than expected! Tiramisu was lovely and my friend liked the berry cheesecake.
