When I arrived the place was absolutely empty, there were no signs saying to wait to be seated. There were no staff anywhere, no chef in the visible part of the kitchen. The whole place looked closed. Then when a server did eventually come out and seat it, she said the weren't any menus, they had to be done through a qr code, and the options on the menu were very limited

Situated within Radison Blu this is a small but nice restaurant. A limited menu featuring steaks, pizzas, fish & chips etc. Nothing really special but sufficient. Food quality adequate but not outstanding. The service was good too.

This was the most disappointing afternoon tea I’ve ever had. It looked like very little effort had gone into it. The sandwiches were very poor, on sliced bread that was dry (apart from one in a wrap) with very little filling, for example one was a slice of processed chicken (I think) on dry bread! The scones were tiny and dry and looked shop bought (but not a bakery), the cakes also looked shop bought. The tea was served a cup at a time as opposed to a tea pot. All in all not good and it didn’t feel like a treat at all.

We Had A Gorgeous Meal Here! Hats Off To The Chef!! The Korean Style Fried Cauliflower Starter Was Really Something Else. The Lamb Shank Main Was Delicious, And Partners Steak Was Cooked To Perfection ???? Generous Portions Therefore No Room For Dessert ???? Staff We're Friendly, Chatty & Attentive - We Would Return Without Hesitation. Thanks For A Delicious Meal

Surprisingly empty on Mother’s Day. Service was fine. Disappointing Afternoon Tea. Just rectangular sandwiches made from a supermarket pre sliced loaf that had gone dry/stale from being out before being brought to the table. Waiter was very apologetic and reduced the bill.

Steak and burger pretty good, a little on the expensive side, service a shambles, they had no idea about our booking, they thought we were there for afternoon tea, had to open the kitchen for us even though we’d booked for lunch, why let us book if you’re not ready to serve lunch at 12:30pm on a Friday…. Booking was painful in the first place last month, their website booking system was broken, I had to call to confirm the 3rd party booking service via TripAdvisor had worked, the hotel had to call me back to confirm the booking, I knew it was going to be painful from the initial contact. Just a shambles of miscommunication and ability. We won’t return I’m afraid, this place is meant to be a top steak house in Leeds according to several websites and well known search engines, the staff are not ready for that accolade. When we asked for the bill we were presented with a card reader with an amount on the screen, with no explanation of what that total was for, the waitress mumbled something and I just paid as we needed to leave, it turned out when we got bill afterwards the service was included in that amount, shameful thing to mislead from a member of staff! The one waitress who delivered condiments and served our dessert was the only person who knew what they were doing on front of house…. Well done that lady.

Disappointing menu , very limited choice. We both chose the burger which itself was very nice. Only 2 choices for dessert of which I chose the ice cream , came in a very basic dish. The chef needs to use a bit of imagination, a sundae dish with chocolate sauce and a little biscuit would have been lovely

We visited this venue for a last-minute Valentines meal. Initially impressed with the friendly welcome and glass of Prosecco, we were seated at a well dressed table. The menu choices were fairly limited. The starters arrived around 25 minutes after ordering and were satisfactory. Unfortunately the 55 minute wait between our starters been taken away and mains arriving seemed to also be happening to the people seated around us, the hostess very apologetic with every visit to any table. My medium-rare steak was medium at best, but I wasn’t sending it back to wait another hour! We settled our bill early and skipped dessert as we had to get back for the babysitter. 20% was reduced from our bill, apparently staff shortages to blame for the delays.

Excellent food and service. The testy is situated right next to the cocktail bar we received a 20% discount as we were attending a show at the nearby arena. Just perfect for a pre-gig meal!

Lovely staff, just seemed to be low on a lot of items (not their fault!). There was a lack of communication between staff members which made it a bit awkward. The food was good however, and was what we needed before the theatre.

We had booked as the revues and the pictures online were inviting. We arrived to find the place very empty .. the kitchen was empty .. it was the barmaid that came to help and sat us down with menus .. and said .. u can only have the Xmas menu if all 4 of u are having it as we have to defrost it all !!! I’m sorry but we came for fresh food. I can say however that the barmaid/waitress was amazing and understood when we said we wouldn’t bother eating. She was lovely and I’m sure embarrassed !! Would not recommend .. very disappointed as it was our friends Xmas day out!!

When we arrived we received the wrong menu and were told we couldn't have what we booked for. Then upon showing the staff what was on the website they decided we could choice from a different menu but the choices were different. This was disappointing, as some of the party couldn't eat certain foods. When we finally ordered each course as late and did not taste great. On the plus side, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful but we felt messed about from start to finish.
