8/10We arrived a little early and were shown to a table. We asked for drinks but no-one came to serve us and we had to chase up after 15 minutes. Once we were at the table and food order taken the service was very good. However, the evening was rather spoilt for me by the venue being on the chilly side. My husband sat with his coat round his shoulders! The youngsters were OK (in their 30s) We are in our 60s and it was chilly A pleasant evening

6/10We were disappointed by the lack of availability of several dishes on the menu, including the pinse! Quite unbelievable for an Italian restaurant. The atmosphere was a bit dreary. I recommend the outside terrace when the weather is warm enough. The service lacked professionalism and friendliness.

5.5/10My octopus starter was good. The rest of the food and service was pretty poor. Ambience also lacking. The place was half empty on a Saturday night which speaks for itself. It was definitely better when it first opened.

6.5/10Could not fault the staff at this restaurant…. They were all over it! The food however was terrible, Calamari starters were the smallest portions I’ve ever seen. Bruschetta was the size to feed a Robin! Sirloin steak with a dollop of mash was very bland and unappetising to look at so suggested some veg….oh no veg to serve with it, just potatoes if you want them! Lobster…. Did somebody say Lobster….. I think they’re still swimming freely in the sea! To try and feel at least a little full after the ‘small’ portions of starters and mains, garlic bread had to be the way forward! Funny enough they don’t do garlic bread which did make us laugh so they offered a margarita pizza instead! Our group were very disappointed for the money so fair to say, we won’t be returning…..ever!

5/10We booked for my Birthday unfortunately the service was terrible. We waited ages for water at the beginning when we sat down . Then the waiter was informative about the menu and once we were ready to order it seemed to take a while to get someone’s attention. They brought one starter to the table then it took ages for the others to arrive. Main course was ok nothing special. It took ages for them to clear the table of plates we had to ask the host if someone would come and clear . The staff were outside chatting .The girl that served us was miserable and not interested . They didn’t even ask if we wanted anymore drinks . Dessert was ok but in general it looks lovely great setting but I wouldn’t recommend as the service was so bad and it was expensive. We don’t mind paying for a nice dinner if we are treated well your staff could do with training better. I’m guessing you’ll always get people in because of the area . They didn’t seem to care if we were there or not .

10/10We arrived with two small grandchildren and were welcomed warmly. Considering this is an adult style restaurant they couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Everything was wonderful - food and service really great and the restrooms were clean. We will definitely return.

5/10This was a lunch with some guests from abroad - a young couple and their baby, The restaurant was very quiet except for one large group having some sort of celebration. There seemed to be very few staff and any there were concentrated on this group - completely ignoring us. When the waiter finally came he stood about 5 metres from the table as if we all had covid or leprosy or something. We finally ordered some drinks - a bottle of white wine and our guest a gin and soda. The white wine came but not the gin and soda. We couldn't attract a waiter to re-order it. Finally we caught the attention of what looked like a manager. He looked dreadful as if he'd been up all night. Our guest had already had a glass of wine, so he cancelled the gin order. The food came in acceptable time - but there was no accompaniment at all for the meat our guest ordered (he wasn't offered any when he ordered). So we ordered 2 side salads. One came. Our guests wanted a dessert. Another eternity passed before we could attract attention to get a menu. The total cost was over £200 - for what was a very underwhelming (and embarrassing) experience.

10/10Visited for Sunday lunch. We were welcomed and seated by the window with view. We shared a gnocchi and pasta dish with two sides which were delicious. We also shared two desserts. Great service too. We’ll be going back as soon as we can to order exactly the same meal…we loved Fiume!

4/10waited 15 minutes for menu, the child was not brought the children's menu, ordered gnocci with truffle - brought gnocci with minced meat, after a comment brought truffle which was rubbed on minced meat)) tasteless dish, terrible service. The waiter wrinkled his face when they didn't leave him a tip - he didn't deserve it, work better and be more attentive.

7/10Lovely modern restaurant, lovely location. Food great. Only negative was the two members of staff who served us looked thoroughly miserable. There was no warm welcome or even a smile at any point during our dining experience. All felt a bit awkward.

5/10The service was incredibly slow, we were there 45 minutes before they took our food order. There were many items that they were out of on the menu (on a Saturday night this shouldn’t happen so early on) and even when we did order, the server had to come back and ask us to reorder due to even more items being out of stock.

10/10Had a lovely meal here on Saturday night. Two couples. Slow service from Kitchen but apologies were made and a complimentary bottle of wine was a nice gesture. Staff were very attentive and would definitely return again. 10/10

9.5/10Food was absolutely great and even fussy friends finished the whole meal. Service as always great and friendly. Only thing that I was a little disappointed with was I asked if they change are sitting to outside and I was told it’ was fully booked. From beginning to the end of our meal there were tables available outside. But never mind as the rest of our experience was great.

10/10Heavy rain stopped us from eating outside but we still loved the Fiume experience. Nowhere better to go for an anniversary lunch. Food was tip-top brilliant, including a pizza to remember and a sumptuous limoncello dessert. Service was superb and everyone involved with Fiume was warm and welcoming.

6.5/10Nice location and nice interiors as well. The staff was polite but not as welcoming as you expect for this kind of restaurant, a bit under pressure with time, glad to help ou when we had an issue with the food, but they lowered the standards when serving the new plate to replace the previous one on its presentation. Overall nice place but could use some improvements

10/10The ambience is very welcoming. Loved the open kitchen area and watching food being prepared. Compliments to the chef and his team for delicious food which was well presented. Special mention to our server Racquel. Great recommendations from the menu and a genuine warm professional personality. A true gem of an employee. Will definitely be returning to this restaurant.
