Service was slow, restaurant wasn’t busy when we arrived & less so when we left. Main courses were great, sadly dessert & coffee didn’t live up to the expectations with desserts being out of stock, meagre portions of ice cream delivered in a tumbler & coffee / tea order incorrect. Had to ask 3 times to 3 different members of staff for the bill. Having been to another branch, where there was excellent service, it was slightly disappointing.

The chicken pesto salad had hardly any chicken or cheese and no walnuts. The topping on the ham & cheese pizza was sparse. The tiramisu was fine. They gave me a free coffee.

The restaurant was almost empty when we entered. Only 2tables had guests, we were 3rd table. We waited 18min at the table before anyone took our order - even for drinks?! Some of the items from the order were never brought to the table even though we asked for them twice! No name tags so can’t make direct complaint. The chef lady was amazing- food turned up fast and was delicious. though one slice of ham cut in half on the entire pizza was a bit mean. The only other woman on the floor did everything she could not to serve or talk to customers. Avoided eye contact, had her back turned to the tables and was the most bored and annoyed person in the room.

The waiters were kind enough to set up a table for 10 people in just minutes. The service was fast and the food was amazing. Perfect for going with kids, as they provide pencils for the kids to draw and paint, and they also have a kids menu which our kids loved. Totally recommended!

Staff was friendly and efficient, seating indoor was impassible because it was very very hot so we sat outside which was very noisy obviously, being Saturday evening. The pizza (margherita with olives capers and anchovies) was like paper: thin, dry, and cold. Won’t go again.

The food was very ordinary and unimaginative. There was nothing wrong with it, but it was just a bit dull and predictable, and not that exciting. It was disappointing, having made a reservation, to find ourselves seated almost alone in the restaurant's basement dining area, which also meant service was very slow. We only had an hour before the theatre and only achieved this by limiting ourselves to just a main course and one drink, and actively seeking out our server upstairs when we needed attention. We were meeting a friend who came to the restaurant, but she did not find us as she was told we had not showed up. We got fed, but the experience overall was borderline dysfunctional.

The fork booking was not there. They apologized extensively. Very nice patron. But the pizza is doughy … don t try neapolitan pizza if you don t get it right. Go for thin crusty . Much easier 250 ml of wine served in a water glass is not the way to go (and not italian at all, buy some caraffes)
