7.5/10Service is slow though the waiters are nice and kind people. Wine is served with water glass. Tables are top small. Everything we tasted were wonderfull.

4/10My husband and I were celebrating his birthday and left an hour for ordering and eating before leaving for the theatre next door. We were able to order fairly quickly but had to wait 45 mins for the pizza to arrive. We did not have time to eat it before paying and leaving. It ruined the evening as we were tense about the time for much of our waiting time.

5.5/10Sadly the waiter added anchovies on a veg pizza, when I confirmed my right order, the thought it was good enough to remove them with his hands and reserve the same pizza again, disappointing and ignorant of special dietary requirements! Won’t be visiting this branch again!

10/10Very nice Italian restaurant ,so pleased we found this place. Highly recommend before or after theatre. The pizzas were some of the best we’ve ever had. Thankyou very much

5.5/10We arrived for our booking and immediately seated downstairs so away from the atmosphere of the restaurant, the restaurant was busy so service was slow albeit pleasant however the pizzas were not great, first 2 arrived warm not hot and then a 5 min wait for the the others (4 in total) 1 had to be sent back as not cooked properly so overall not a great experience, will not go back, shame as always had great pizzas from this chain previously.

8/10Service was slow, restaurant wasn’t busy when we arrived & less so when we left. Main courses were great, sadly dessert & coffee didn’t live up to the expectations with desserts being out of stock, meagre portions of ice cream delivered in a tumbler & coffee / tea order incorrect. Had to ask 3 times to 3 different members of staff for the bill. Having been to another branch, where there was excellent service, it was slightly disappointing.

6.5/10The chicken pesto salad had hardly any chicken or cheese and no walnuts. The topping on the ham & cheese pizza was sparse. The tiramisu was fine. They gave me a free coffee.

6/10The restaurant was almost empty when we entered. Only 2tables had guests, we were 3rd table. We waited 18min at the table before anyone took our order - even for drinks?! Some of the items from the order were never brought to the table even though we asked for them twice! No name tags so can’t make direct complaint. The chef lady was amazing- food turned up fast and was delicious. though one slice of ham cut in half on the entire pizza was a bit mean. The only other woman on the floor did everything she could not to serve or talk to customers. Avoided eye contact, had her back turned to the tables and was the most bored and annoyed person in the room.

10/10The waiters were kind enough to set up a table for 10 people in just minutes. The service was fast and the food was amazing. Perfect for going with kids, as they provide pencils for the kids to draw and paint, and they also have a kids menu which our kids loved. Totally recommended!

4.5/10Staff was friendly and efficient, seating indoor was impassible because it was very very hot so we sat outside which was very noisy obviously, being Saturday evening. The pizza (margherita with olives capers and anchovies) was like paper: thin, dry, and cold. Won’t go again.

5/10The food was very ordinary and unimaginative. There was nothing wrong with it, but it was just a bit dull and predictable, and not that exciting. It was disappointing, having made a reservation, to find ourselves seated almost alone in the restaurant's basement dining area, which also meant service was very slow. We only had an hour before the theatre and only achieved this by limiting ourselves to just a main course and one drink, and actively seeking out our server upstairs when we needed attention. We were meeting a friend who came to the restaurant, but she did not find us as she was told we had not showed up. We got fed, but the experience overall was borderline dysfunctional.

6.5/10The fork booking was not there. They apologized extensively. Very nice patron. But the pizza is doughy … don t try neapolitan pizza if you don t get it right. Go for thin crusty . Much easier 250 ml of wine served in a water glass is not the way to go (and not italian at all, buy some caraffes)

9/10I had booked this restaurant since it was lourra lol oh across the road from the Novello theatre and I was bringing my son down to see Mama Mia with a the Scottish winner from I Have A Dream: We arrived 17 mins after our booking time and I was aware our table may well no longer be available having exhausted the 15 min grace period. We arrived to be told our booking was for the following night! The Italian chap couldn’t have been more helpful and assured me he would seat us and have us out for our show. He and the other staff were outstanding in the care and attention we received! Another family of 3 arrived at 7.01pm arrived and were also seated, fed and watered in time odd the show! I couldn’t rate this team more highly. I am fussy and sent back the house red which was no trouble at all… My son thoroughly enjoyed our pizza and his two cokes!
