9.5/10First visit. All staff were great and so attentive. The pizzas were sooooo tasty. Loved the chocolate and hazelnut cake but it was tiny!

6.5/10Vary echoey room downstairs, like a school canteen. Pizza was tasty ,burnt on the base and soggy in the middle With a paucity of extras.. Staff were friendly and helpful

7.5/10The staff were friendly and welcomed us to our table. We had kids with us and usually the service is good but we had to ask for the kids menu after being there for 10 minutes. The kids menu was bought over and then we had to ask for pencils. Asked for some water but they forgot to bring some so we had to ask again and it wasn't very busy on a Monday night. We like coming here but the service has definitely been better.

5/10Service was good, but they must have messed up our order. Tables that were seated after us got their pizza before us! And when ours came after long wait it was extremely undercooked.

8.5/10Great service and delicious food. I think on balance I prefer the traditional crispy thin base. These are sour dough bases which are a little soggy.

10/10So good that we keep going back. Parents have been, mum and daughter have been, grandparents taking grandkids and together as a whole family. Lunchtime, evening and as takeaway and it’s so good that we keep returning. Also, they are great at catering for gluten free family members, the gluten free pizza is the best we have ever found to date!

8/10Staff a knowledged personal requests, were very joyful. Food was really good for four with desert and wine for £100 felt great value. Suited our mixed generation requirements and we thoroughly enjoyed. Disappointment was pizza is not made in that beautiful oven, Well it wasn't when we were there! it came down from the kitchen!!! Would recommend and return.

10/10I had booked to go to Franco Manca with my boyfriend on Valentine's Day and our reservation unfortunately due to a power cut. The lady I spoke to on the phone kindly offered my boyfriend and myself to come in in the next few days and enjoy a free pizza for the inconvenience. We did, and it was lovely, so much so that my boyfriend went there the very next day with his mum for lunch. They do have great lunch deals too. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

3.5/10This appeared to have the best score on Tripadvisor for pizzas in Cheltenham. It looked ok through the window when we visited the day before. The menu looked a bit thin, but ok. So I booked. It turned out to be the worst pizza we have ever had. Soggy and tasting actually bad. No real alternatives either. The service was slow and they forgot my son's drink, the extra topping and the salads we ordered. The wine was sour and they tried to charge extra for the tomato base! It was disgusting! The only reasonable thing was they didn't charge me (£70!!) when I complained. Do not Go here!

9.5/10A nice restaurant with fab sourdough pizzas. Staff were friendly and service was good. Only niggle is there are no wine glasses so you drink your wine from small water tumblers. Also no way of keeping wine or rose wine cold at the table.

10/10First time at this restaurant both for me and my female companion. She required a gluten-free meal which was provided and was thoroughly enjoyed. I believe that a gluten free pizza base is not easy to make. The waitresses were young, friendly and attentive. My friend had a birthday recently so she was given cake and ice-cream free of charge. Highly recommended.
