Although we had quite a big table for our party, we were only given a small bench for 3 people with nowhere to put our coats. The table was attached to the kitchen wall, so even if we asked for an extra chair, one of us had a limited space and was stuck between the kitchen and the pile of take away boxes. The tables were so close to each other, that a couple of times people bumped into us to get through, while we were eating. Our order was processed wrong, but it was promptly corrected. The pizza condiment was tasty, but the base was chewy and the crust slightly undercooked. Luckily, we had a great deal with the app and paid a decent amount as the overall experience wasn't ideal.

Food was great, amazing atmosphere. But service was terrible. I went with my family(4 people)After asking for our order multiple times food came late. We only received 2 pizza. Other two members of my family had to wait for their pizza. Then they brought out another pizza. By the time 3 of us were finished finally my daughter’s pizza arrived. They knew they messed up but didn’t utter a word.. a simple apology would have put us in ease. We won’t be going to this restaurant again.

This is my favourite pizza restaurant. The staff there are always friendly and helpful, making my dining experience amazing, especially Mir, who so kindly accommodates dietary restrictions every time we go there, thank you.

We had a totally awesome dining experience at Franco Manca Soho. Excellent customer service, scrumptious Pizza, lots of variety. Brilliant Fork deal with 50% off. Definitely worth a visit, recommend to friends and family.

Great service and excellent quality. The place is next to Oxford Street. The restaurant has a few seats upstairs and downstairs. Downstairs is nice but there is no windows and is very noisy.

Post theatre meal with family . Pizzas are good and service is quick . My only complaint was the noise levels which made it very difficult to hear what people in my party were saying . The tables are due stairs so no natural light and the sound has nowhere to go . Having said that it’s reasonably priced and the pizzas are good .
