There was nothing wrong with the restaurant, but we didn’t try it as your booking never went thought to them. What a disaster as when we arrived there was nothing on the system. We had an 80 year old in a wheel chair that had recent surgery and two children. The lady was great on and found us a table in Zizi next door. The app is not fit for purpose

Have been to Gallio before and would previously have rated it 10/10, however I was disappointed with the new menu. The stuffed pitta options are no longer available and the lamb meatball rice bowl has gone. Please bring these items back! I ordered the Lamb lahmucan, the dish looked great but I thought it lacked flavour.

Staff very friendly. Quick service and some very nice food although we were not keen on pitta breads as not as we know them. More like a soft baguette. Otherwise everything else, including a take away pizza was very nice.

Ate a La carte my friend wished for bottomless brunch unfortunately we both had to do that option but I can’t as I don’t drink alcohol due to religious reasons and I can’t do the non alcoholic option as it tends to be too sugary for my diabetes. It’s a shame as there was a table beside us empty (they said separate tables) happily ditch her in it lol 😂 we would then have spent easily £80 odd on a lovely pm The Swedish guy did his best to accommodate us.

The food and drinks were perfect! We had a reservation on The Fork, but the restaurant didn't know. They offered us a table, but we had to wait for long time to take our order. The restaurant has nice decoration, but the location is in a shopping mall, what we didn't know and didn't really like. It's okay if you want to eat after a day of shopping, not to travel from the city of London to this restaurant.

Seems there is a new menu since I last went to this restaurant. Really great choices. My friend and I had a few small plates and a pizza to share. Love the honey truffle patatas! Also really enjoyed the nduja pizza. The four cheese bread starter was just okay. Attentive staff explained the menu well and checked in occasionally. Good experience and I would happily return.

Went for the xmas set meal at £25 ... the shared platters were plenty for two people, maybe too much bread and the mains/dessert were very tasty ... the 241 cocktails went down too well. The service was great and the staff very friendly indeed.

Always good food and great service - if you added Coke Zero to the soft drink choices it would be even better! Food is delicious and very good sized portions. The Italian Truffle pizza is divine - we hope it stays on the menu forever!

I came here for a birthday dinner and the staff were so lovely and welcoming. Everyone enjoyed the food and the staff came out with a cake to celebrate. Would definitely come here again.

Great restaurant it was our first visit & met some friends after a few years due to lock down.. Variety of food was superb especially as 2 guests were vegetarian & 1 had gluten intolerance. Food was very fresh, flavoursome & good portion. Gluten free Italian Truffle pizza was very nice!

Excellent service, delicious and warm food,. I had the Italian truffle pizza - probably the best truffle pizza I have had. The service was very quick and everyone was very welcoming. Additionally the place isn’t very crowded, great ambiance. My go to spot

The staff were pleasant and efficient, and despite 8 of us paying separately they still managed to co-ordinate our food. The only reason the didn't get an 'Excellent rating' was because 2 of the 5 desserts weren't available which was disappointing. Could be a great little place but needs more people - no atmosphere (although we were very early at 5pm). Will definitely go back.

Disappointing. In terms of the setting this is more a cafe than a restaurant- no waiters, bright lights, fixed tables etc. Food was ok but nothing special.

Stumbled on the restaurant through a search and relieved it was a great choice for a birthday lunch! For a vegetarian family with varied tastes, they had many options. The whole family really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. The staff were very helpful (we were served by Jorden and Nadia). I would go back and also recommend to others. Thank you to the team!
