6/10The chicken was dry. Though I understand it’s a steak place. No excuse. Staff ignored me for ages once I was sat down. Not had this type of experience at gaucho before. But then haven’t been to this particular one.

10/10we had a lovely experience and meal at the classy Gaucho restaurant. my wife had a great steak and I had tge chicken both were tasty. it was my wife's birthday and they made a fuss which was nice. tge staff were attentive friendly and professional highly recommended

8/10Given the high food and drink prices we weren’t wowed by the experience. Should a restaurant charge 13% service charge? £6.00 for a small portion of ok chips already seems expensive.

8/10very nice reataurant ,was quite when we went but was early.the initial waitress didnt know about the pre theatre menu,but then it was fine.i had the tartare tacos very tasty,and the ravioli lovely flavours,my friend had the steak which she said was superb.

5.5/10Steak was pretty good. Service was inattentive. Had to request sides that were ordered but not brought with steak. Had to ask for Dijon mustard twice as was brought English mustard the first time. Disappointing experience overall.

9.5/10We enjoyed a lovely lunch at Gaucho on Charlotte Street. We arrived very early, but had a warm and hospitable welcome, with great service and delicious food. The team small team work well together and are very professional, but also very friendly. Our steaks were incredible, the tomato salad and charred baby gem were also very good. Thanks Gaucho's. I know where we will be coming the next time we are in town.

Some staff were proactive and offered for storing stuff in the cloakroom. Some slight confusion when I realised I had to speak to another staff when I go downstairs (the top floor was closed), and took a bit longer to grab staff attention for ordering and bill. But they are very knowledgeable in the food they offer.

6/10Shame this is the flagship of Gaucho, I found it soulless. Coupled with the moody manageress it didn’t appeal at all. As soon as I walked in the door I got pounced on by a dog (and I love dogs) but was in shock with that. Food was mediocre, steak was nice. Salmon over-cooked. Our waiter was polite but the manageress to reiterate needs to be more polite. Not welcoming and friendly. What a waste of yums.
