Food was amazing, especially the cut for the sirloin and the other marinated steak. Layered potato with truffle was also surprisingly well-made. I’d recommend trying the sausage platter as a starter as well. Just wasn’t sure if it was all worth the price as the average lowest price for the steak alone was £40. Service was good, and so was the ambience. Just make sure to check their pricing before booking because Average Price of £30 on The Fork is highly inaccurate.

The meal didn't start very well, wrong side order and the first steak was very chewy. The replacement side order of mushrooms were cold and the replacement steak virtually raw. The restaurant didn't charge for the raw steak. When the bill came it was for a different table. Very poor service and underwelming food, not what I was expecting from Gaucho's

10/10We went for my wife’s 50th birthday and it was fantastic. The greeting at the door, the service at the table, drinks and food were fantastic. Enjoyed my Bloody Mary and Sunday roast and my wife enjoyed her steak. The team made my wife feel very special. Yannis our waiter was a great help choosing and looked after us very well. Recommend Gaucho

6/10We arrived in good time but our welcome was somewhat subdued by them "looking for our table", which seemed to enable them to overlook our Fork booking. The food was good but expensive - and everything additional cost extra. My wife's glass of Sicilian white wine was most unpleasant. However they swapped it for a better wine at the cost of an additional £1. At the end they were slow in presenting the bill - failing to include the £50 discount (from 2000 yums). This was eventually corrected but further suggests that they failed to recognise the booking from the very start.

7.5/10New staff - the service not nearly as good as before. I went to the ladies after I paid my bill and I found my jackets trown at the reception desk. They didn't have my reservation and made a point that I arrived 10 mins earlier as if that was a problem. I am not sure I will go back.

6.5/10Good restaurant with a great vibe. We enjoyed really much. The only remark we have is that the food wat not that much (a salad is 90% lettuce and 10% meat) for what you pay and they clean off the table really quick (even while you are still eating)

5.5/10Disappointing Service Despite a reservation, the reception staff ignored us and initially insisted there was only a bar table available. After repeating ourselves, they finally seated us. The dessert plate had the wrong message despite a clear request, and the waitress was rude and dismissive when we raised it. Overall, unprofessional service ruined what should have been a special evening. This version is very brief while covering the key issues.

The ambience is nice and the service is good, however the food was overpriced and disappointing. The steaks came without anything. No sauce, no chips, nothing. There are other places in the area that offer more.

4.5/10Very unprofessional for staff to be seated at a table next to us have a heated discussion then making calls just not the atmosphere we wanted. We couldn't get a drink and my husband asked for a medium rare and got a blu steak I asked for well done and got medium which completely put me off. I usually go to tower bridge but it is being refurbished hopefully we will try this again.

Excellent food, really enjoyed the seabass ceviche, scallops, grilled seabass main, steak and mushrooms, cavallo nero and broccoli (followed by cheesecake!) Expensive but worth it!

3.5/10It felt like we were being rushed through from the moment we arrived. It was noisy. Our starter was served before our drinks arrived. Our steak wasn’t to order and they had to take it away for take two. Eventually the food was good. Rather than dessert we wanted another drink but they didn’t bring out a full drinks menu, just cocktails, like they didn’t want us to stay… and we were only an hour into our reservation (which was made very clear was only for 1:45hr…). Overall not the best steakhouse experience, and especially not for the price.

4.5/10the service was incredible slow and inattentive. we waited 25min just to have a bottle of water and we had to ask 5 time to receive it. they gave us a very uncomfortable table and no waiter ever asked if we were ok or needed anything. the worst Gaucho Restaurant we tried in London.

5.5/10The service was horrendous. Slow to be given menus, very slow to be offered drinks, even slower to be given them. Very slow for order to be taken, didnt see the waitress again for ages after food was served. No chance to order extra drinks. Had to go and find someone to get the bill, and then it came with 13% service charge! Haha. What a joke

7/10The music was far too loud for my liking and the lighting was pretty dim which I’m not the biggest fan of. The steak is good but I feel like you can get similar for a much lower price in London. Desserts weren’t super sweet.
