10/10Amazing service from the get go, I can’t remember our waitresses name but it was a blonde lady and she was amazing. Explained the menu to us and answered all our questions, she was super friendly. Great vibes and great music. The food was incredible, steak sharing board is a must and the chocolate torte was amazing.

This restaurant is my favourite for big occasions - we’ve been here for big dates and birthdays. It was my boyfriend’s birthday on this visit and Sam, our server, was amazing. Very knowledgable about the produce, quick and professional and went the extra mile for us. The food is already fantastic - the best steak place in Glasgow (sorry anchorline and m&c). Would recommend and have done several times.

10/10Customer service was amazing, manager was very helpful and nice, resolved a small matter really well, very apologetic over something really small. So pleased with the service food was amazing too. Fantastic customer service and manager was amazing.

10/10Abouslte outstanding, from when we walked into the door the service was 10/10 so friendly professionals welcoming could not complain one bit. The food was brilliant also for what you are spending you do get what you pay for 10/10 again. Our waiter Lewis was brilliant made sure we where ok without making us feel like we where being watched. It was perfect and a very romantic night out, would 100% recommend!

5.5/10Service was very slow, waited 20 minutes and still no one took our drinks order, had to flag down a waiter to order. Burger buns were burnt and overpowered any other flavours, very disappointing and expensive.

5.5/10Front of house excellent on arrival. Downhill after that.Our server Sam left us hanging for drinks orders,long gap between starter & main. Not once but twice expresso martinis returned as not good quality.Insult was 12.% gratuity charge added to our bill £25.00 stealth mode. Won't be back meal for x2 red wine £35 starters & main £200? ***Far too loud music impossible to have a convo. It's a restaurant NOT a disco bar Gaucho.

7/10The steak we had was absolutely terrible. One of the worst we've had. The manager was gracious enough to give us a refund for this part of the meal but that didn't stop the meal and our experience from being ruined. Won't go back, unfortunately!!!!
