We waited for half an hour to be seated from our booking time, then asked if we would like to Eder bread whilst we wait for our food, but the food came out with a couple of minutes. We ordered the roast, the flavour was nice but it came with a few carrots, I roasted roast potatoes, and cauliflower with a table spoon of gravy. The whole thing was freezing cold. Awful experience from a usually nice restaurant.

Service was exceptional and ambience was spot on. Steak was nice and dessert was really nice aswell. Chips would be better homemade/thick cut! But spot on and enjoyed the visit for my birthday. Staff were great and very welcoming. Enjoyed it.

Lovely venue and excellent service (special thanks to Nicola from Romania and to Amber). Top quality produce, but rump steak (ordered medium) came almost rare in the middle, and its portion of mash was too small by comparison. Very good bearnaise sauce and burrata starter were highlights. The cheapest red wine (Sangiovese) was a perfectly good accompaniment to the steak, but there is also a very good selection of Argentinian Malbecs for those with deeper wallets!

The decor idms fabulous and the staff are attentive, knowledgeable and very friendly, rectifying a few mistakes very quickly. The food, whilst nice, isn't worth the high prices. The steaks are good but not great. And for the price and hype, you expect great. Cannot fault the staff, brilliant.

What a gorgeous restaurant! The food was excellent and so was the service. Bureaus starter was to die for and we decided to share one of their speciality steaks. It did not disappoint! Would definitely return !

First time at Gaucho Liverpool though have visited many of the other sites before. Fantastic location with great food and service throughout. We will definitely be back again. A special mention to Alin who looked after our table for the evening, an excellent asset to the team. There was another female staff member who also assisted however I didn’t get her name. It’s a treat to go to such a place and it’s priced accordingly, however worth every penny in my opinion and delivers in all the areas you would expect. Highly recommended.

Seated promptly and offered drinks whilst being given menus. Jacob our waiter brought over the different cuts of meat and explained how to eat it, rare etc. Four adults for my son’s 21st birthday - Starters of sea bass, aranchini and empanadas were delicious. Only little nit pick is that a lot of items had truffle in or on them and I can’t eat it and don’t eat seafood. Fortunately I don’t want a starter. Steaks were outstanding and cooked to perfection. Really wonderful evening

Nicole was very accommodating and friendly. Service was fantastic. Food was not like in London gauchos - quality of steak was not as good and the mash was dry / not creamy.

Perfect meal last night in gaucho, food was amazing, the restaurant itself is full of history - was once a bank and has marble walls. We were asked what the occasion was and we got married 3 days ago and the waitress brought us over a glass of champagne each - lovely touch to make our night even more special - thank you ! Our waitress for the evening was very knowledgeable and friendly and helped recommend red wine to compliment out steak.

A Fantastic meal was had by the four of us, best steak I've ever eaten. The service was excellent and personall. Rather expensive but worth every penny. Our waiter Ben hit the bullseye with his knowledge of the steaks and personall attention throughout the meal.
