We went to Gaucho to celebrate my wife’s 60th birthday. It was a special experience, the service was friendly and efficient and the food was excellent. My daughter had prepared a cake and asked the staff to bring it at the end of the meal and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. As always with Gaucho the steaks were perfect. A great meal and a great ext.

We booked for a group of 9 , our 3 choices of menu were sent to us via e-mail for us to pre order our food. This was both confusing and restricting at the same time . From between £65 and £85 per head depending on the menu chosen . The restriction being that the whole party had to choose from one of the 3 menus only . This made our initial part of our experience a bit like the business telling the customer what to do . Our good came quite fast as did our second snd sweet course . And the waitress spilled good on two of our party as she cleared the plates . The manager came over and offered to pay for any dry cleaning of the garments . This came across as if it was a regular occurrence . I don’t think we would come back as a large party . Maybe the whole choosing our food at the table experience can be enjoyed more in smaller parties .

This restaurant was amazing. From one hostest asking why we where visiting and we told her it was for our anniversary. Every other staff member knew and congratulated us. The presentation of the steak menu with detail was amazing and wine knowledge was amazing. Our waitress was fantastic and evern presented us with a complimentary glass if Champagne at the end of our meal which was the icing on the cake. The food was sensational and vibe of the restaurant was great.

As ever fantastic food with a very attentive server. Wherever we dine, we always tip for the food we've eaten, but NOT drinks as they are massively marked up, but not this time. Final bill came and they had already added a 12.5% gratuity. Either reduce your prices by 12.5% or pay your staff a living wage and let the customer decide on a tip.

Nice food, attentive staff. Loud music being played by live DJ… not the ambience we expected. 12.5.% service charge added for 2 people who have one course each, I don’t agree with… Why not just add 12.5% to the menu prices and pay the staff more!? Don’t mind leaving a tip but I don’t think it should be added to the bill automatically.

Went with a friend to celebrate her 75th birthday and we had a fabulous time. Greeting on entrance was lovely and our waiter Jake was outstanding, helpful, friendly and professional. We had a great time and my steak was the best I've had. The atmosphere was wonderful - very busy but lively and almost joyful. We had previously been to the Liverpool venue and this was equally good - 100%. We are hoping to try the Newcastle one next but we will be back here for Christmas hopefully.

Lovely venue, with attentive, professional staff, unfortunately the food was poor. Rib eye steak was very fatty, only served with fries. I would expect much better for the prices charged. Over priced, under delivered & sadly disappointing.

We had a wonderful meal at Gaucho Manchester last night. A bit impromptu so we weren’t dressed for the occasion as such but we were welcomed all the same. A great selection of choice, friendly staff and our waiter Steve was great!

It was a great meal. The ambience was great. It’s a perfect place for a celebration meal. Marcello was serving us and he gave us some excellent recommendations and was very attentive throughout. Overall a good experience!

We have been to Guachos many of times but tonight was by far the best yet! The food was exceptional. The steak was probably the best steak we have ever had. As it was my partners 30th we took our one year old with us, bit unsure with it being such a nice place taking a baby but it was just perfect we are so glad we brought him along! We would recommend taking children if you are considering. The staff were extremely friendly (as always). Cannot wait to visit again.
