10/10The Sunday roast and the beef salad was impressive, and the veg is caramelised nicely adding a roasted sweet taste to the whole dish, which is the icing on the cake!

10/10We had a wonderful experience dining with our two children. The service was exceptional, and our allergies were carefully accommodated. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Overall, we highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for something truly special.

9.5/10First visit to a Gaucho and very impressed, was very well looked after by the manager and our waitress Kamilla who was brilliant. Steaks were perfectly cooked, extremely tasty. Starters of prawns in garlic superb. Wine a bit over priced, overall would definitely return

7/10The ambience and service was good but unfortunately the food let it down for me. Although the salmon starter was tasty it was served on a cold slice of sourdough bread which was difficult to cut. Had the bread been lightly toatsed this would have help. I had the chicken milanese for main - this was very dry and lacked flavour. It was disappointing that no green vegetables were available as sides. Most of us had ordered fries as a side and then the "festive bonus sides" were served - these consisted of roast potatoes and butternut squash

6.5/10The food was great but the service was so patchy that it was off putting . We waited 45 mins before being served a drink and had to prompt them for everything; water, menus etc. not attentive at all

10/10The quality of food and service were both excellent. However there was a brief period of time when the person at the table next to us moved the position of his chair to be right beside his partner. This significantly reduced our personal space and eventually the man bumped into our table! Luckily they left almost immediately afterwards.

10/10Staff were very friendly and attentive especially Apostolos who waited on us. Our meals were fantastic. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and we were given a complimentary drink each as well as a palate cleanser at the end. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

8/10The menu price list was not clear I was under the impression that the vegetables were £3-50 but this was per item and totally unclear .. I had chips but paid £6-50???? The waitress may have sold me ‘ extra special’ chips but I could not hear as the live music was very loud , felt I’d been overcharged and slightly conned

9/10Good service. Really friendly. It is quite an expensive restaurant and the steak was very good and the salad was lovely as well. The kids had a burger and mac n cheese,and a pudding and they seemed happy and ate it all, which is good news.

Super attentive and knowledgeable staff who made the meal such a pleasant experience. The food itself was beautifully prepared and delicious. When there was only enough ingredients for one cocktail, which both my friend and I ordered, they gave it to us for free and even brought us extra chocolate garnishes to share. Superb customer service! Highly recommended.

6.5/10I’ve been to Gaucho’s repeatedly for the past few months and certain wines are not available, literally on every visit, despite being on the menu, repeatedly week on and week off. Today was the same story! After being recommended a certain wine and being bitterly disappointed by it, we ordered mains after being asked about 4 times if we were ready in the space of 10 minutes. Ordered bread and butter, and some olives as an appetiser for the table and then starters too. They all came together, at the same time. Half way through our starters, a waiter turns up with our stakes. With food still on our starter plates, she offers to clear them away and informs us that our main course is ready. I declined as we had not finished eating yet. Literally 2-3 minutes after, another waiter turns up at our table with the stakes again, looking extremely confused. It just looked they were looking to get rid of us. I was so shocked that I offered to grab the stakes as a takeaway, if they needed the table back. It was just an absolute terrible experience! I paid £400 for 2 people and I could have sworn I would get better service and a better experience at your local McDonald’s. Extremely disappointing!

9.5/10The restaurant was very quiet when we went but still very pleasant. Staff were friendly and attentive and had good knowledge of the food and drink on offer. The only negative was the cost of the wine we were recommended. The mark up was horrendous. We paid £69 for a bottle of rose which is available in Waitrose for £12.

3/10Cold unwelcoming atmosphere exacerbated by rude waitress. horrendously expensive steaks that tasted average and 2 small chicken legs masquerading as “spatchcock” chicken……so it was a Wednesday but not surprised there were only handful of diners in big restaurant……topped off with lukewarm coffees…..only shining light chatty bartender.

8/10Front of house staff were very welcoming. We ordered 3 course set lunch menu. Starters were excellent. Main course steak though, although cooked well, was just warm whereas I would have preferred it being hot. Third course was OK. More imagination perhaps should have been given. Worth the cost although £5 for water I thought was a bit steep. Cocktails were very nice
