9/10The Restaurant is very nice, Krzysztof was such a poignant waiter, really really nice. Service was top notch and so was the meat. We recommend this place and we would gladly come back

10/10All the staff were really lovely and welcoming! We went on a Sunday evening for my birthday so there were people but not packed. Our server (I think his name was Peter, really sorry if I got that wrong!) took the time to explain all the cuts of meat to us and the food was really good. Both our steaks were cooked perfectly and even the starters stood out for us (Crab Tostada and Prawns Al Ajillo), I also got a complimentary dessert for my birthday which was really appreciated.

10/10Me and my husband came to dinner at Gaucho on Friday at 5pm (Valentine's) and we had a lovely experience thanks to Edison (not too sure if I am spelling his name right). We were treated with so much respect and kindness, he even took our drinks upstairs to the bar after we finished our meal as it was Valentine'sand they were probably fully booked for the evening. He made sure we didn't feel rushed or anything. He was really sweet and gave us nice recommendations. We love it!

7.5/10Bit disappointed with the service - despite being nice they just didn’t really care…10’ waiting to take an order, drinks not served, another 15’ waiting for someone to clear the dishes… they were more interested to talk to each other than clients. Also, Cokes of 200ml - are those even real? Very overpriced compared to any other European destination.

9.5/10Our meal was delightful—a quick lunch featuring a variety of starters and a couple of sides, all of which were excellent. However, one aspect fell short: the automatic addition of gratuity to our bill. Tipping should be a heartfelt, spontaneous gesture of appreciation for exceptional service, not a charge added by default. The moment I see it added to my bill, it’s an automatic no from me.

9.5/10Our server made helpful suggestions and demonstrated the sizes of the steaks. The food was delicious and perfectly cooked. The only slight dislike is it is quite dark in the restaurant. Other than that everything was perfect.

7.5/10The staff wasn’t attentive and wanted to offer a table for 2 when the booking was for 3, one of the guests came separately. They weren’t pushy with the order and the Sunday Roast was good, the corn rib was a let down. The appetisers came 10 minutes after the roast was served.

7/10Great atmosphere and with the £50YUM, it’s worth trying. Food was alright, a little disappointed on the sides. Mushrooms was too mild, a little bit more salty or garlicky would be better; didn’t expect the broccolini were just boiled! Would be of a higher level if it’s chargrilled (since the steaks were mainly chargrilled anyway) or at least the accompanying peanuts should be roasted! Glad that their chocolate tarte was finely made and saved the whole dining experience!

9.5/10Food was great and a nice ambience. It was busy and our water put through a more expensive bottle of wine (double the cost) by mistake. We did query but it wasnt taken off, so paid for it in the end as we enjoyed the wine but others may not be able to.

8/10Lunch with a friend at Goucho's - Piccadilly because the restaurant had no record of The Fork making a reservation for me! I was told this often happened. Fortunately, a table was available and the lunch was good, ambience, good and the service excellent. To be recommended - though perhaps not via The Fork!

10/10It was excellent and can't fault the food or the service. The only point I would bring up was that there was a discretionary service charge of 13% (2 of us dining) which I only saw on the bill after I left the restaurant. It's optional but I also left a tip on top of that. If I had of checked the bill before I paid, I probably wouldn't have left the tip as well as paying the service charge.
