7.5/10Classic dishes (eg steak) seemed well executed while my fish dish was ok (wish they would use better quality fish). Trying this out with a Fork offer, without which I would find part of the menu overpriced. Despite what they said about their commitment to coffee on their website, it was mediocre. They had the audacity to charge me almost £8 for one (when I asked for a shot since my cup was milkier than that from Starbucks). Good neighborhood bistro vibe though.

As for your coffee, you were served a cappuccino with soy milk as requested which was £4.30, then requested an extra shot similar to a single espresso... Maybe next time, order a flat white if you want more coffee and less milk. Thank you.

It’s a local French brasserie that boasts an authentic atmosphere and excellent food. The service is both great and quick, which we really appreciate. If you love French cuisine, I highly recommend checking out this cozy place. You won’t be disappointed!

10/10Another lovely evening at Gazette Battersea. We shared their special tartiflette for starter, highly recommend. My main was the pintade which was nicely done on a bed of re cabbage, our other main was the steak. Washed down with a lovely red wine. I notice their Valentines menu and the set meal looks very good. Will definitely be going for that in Feb.

10/10Another great lunch on new year's eve. Cheerful service and food was just as weike. We had the Gazette burger- highly recommend, bavette steak, poule Bretton, all very nicely cooked.

10/10Had a 5 star evening, good service and lovely atmosphere. Food was perfect, highly recommend Poulpe for starters, gazette burgers was very good, and classic Poule Bretton was just great. Good choice of wine too.

10/10This is my favourite restaurant. Every item on the menu is beautiful, the food is superb quality and the service matches it. Honestly, I could not recommend this restaurant enough, you have to try it to believe it!

9.5/10The food and atmosphere was amazing, I just wish they warned us about the size of the desserts-apple tart & soufflé they were really sharing desserts not for one! We were very full after. Lovely experience certainly would recommend & go again!

3/10This was our second time at one of the Gazette restaurants and this second time was an absolute disaster. Not only was the restaurant manager unfriendly and not professional the food was a total disaster. Although the told the waiter that I wanted my tuna medium rare it came out medium to done. Mussels were horrible and lukewarm. The manager from Gazette Battersea is a very unfriendly guy when you reserve using the Fork. The quality it seems is totally different. We didn’t get the 50%on everything the reason was according to the manager the mussels where a day special (he never mentioned that). Avoid this place by all means

Dear Dorothe, thank you for your anticipated feedback. We take pride in offering the same service and offering the same food to all our guests, without you there is no Gazette. Simple as that. Your accusation are very exaggerated, you were offered two different tables on your arrival in the shade as you requested. The menu, the specials and the conditions of your discount were all explained to you before your order was taken. When your tuna steak (yes it was fresh arrival from the morning and same batch as the table you pointed to) was slightly overcooked to your liking, apologies were offered to you. When the bill arrived to your table, your partner and you lost your temper completely after my waiter and I both explained politely that the mussels were indeed the special and not part of the discount, telling me to "fuck off" and throwing a whole lot of other unnecessary insults to my face when we remained calm and composed facing your threats. Not sure who was not civil in the matter
